This trick is used frequently in the Eden Garden like world. Just by walking, or watering some fires, you can see some flowers appear. This trick is also used in the final cutscene. How can you make decorations appear ? Are they using holographic material ? Thank you for your answers.

Yep, they place decorations on invisible Hologram, then emit those pieces with the 'Grow' effect, causing it to appear as if it is growing.
