Missing Story Levels (according to Trailers)

So I've now unlocked and played all the Story Levels in LittleBigPlanet 2 and I realized that several levels shown in the trailers are actually missing. Some specific ones include the level where you shoot the Negativitron in Space (this was during his more silly vacuum look) and is shown in the Adventure Trailer, a level where you shoot Green Hologram Sackboys (like Space Invaders) shown in the Announcement Trailer, a level much like the classic game of Brick Breaker shown in the Announcement Trailer, and a level much like Critter Crunch, Bloons, etc. shown in the Announcement Trailer.

Anyone else pick-up on this? It's kinda disappointing. Some of them looked really good and there seems to be a lot of them that got cut from the final version of the game unfortunately.

Yeah, I think they changed a lot when they finished programming the music sequencer. That's why the bee is called Attack Bee 2.0.

The Cakeinator used to fire sticky icing, Mind control used to be in Avalonia, and instead of two different bee vehicles, (one from front and one from side)
there were a wasp-ey thing with a microphone for a tail and a big bird which picked up sackbots and pooped blue paintballs.


So yeah, some major changes were made, but they still influenced the game.

The the second to last level in Avalonia, there is a bit like Space invaders, and the enemies are the wasp-ey things with microphones for tails anyway.

It was after they introduced the sequencer, most wanted to re-make the story levels and they did.
Heck, some say that's one of the reasons the game was delayed, so the could remake the game into the awesomness it is now.!

Actually it was delayed to fix some issues before launch, to accommodate those who do not have an internet connection and can't update the game later.

A rumor.

It was still too buggy (Still has a few bugs.) by the 1s release date, which is why the BETA was extended too, which is the most logical explanation.

Placing "Direct Control Seats" directly on a sackbot was an interesting idea. Notice that the meanie eyes simply glowed and weren't nearly as cool.

Old microchip design, and gyroscope, in a way, I kind of liked the non-electronic look of the old logic pieces.

You can also that the eye decorations on the sackbots look different too.

I also remember seeing a kind of Eve's asylum looking real time strategy game a while back, what ever happened to that?

That level was built by a game tester at Mm or something, not something likely to be put into the final game.

The wasps appear to fight against your Bee, however I don't think we ever get to unlock them. Also, can we really not put a Controlinator on Sackbots anymore? I haven't tried but what really bothers me about this is that it is still shown on the US Box Art (look at the sackbot, with a sackgirl controlling it on top of the Earth planet Sackboy is holding, they're kinda tiny). Same thing with showing the Clank Costume as having Green Eyes, false advertising.
