Hey all, We just had an issue where we returned to the Pod and all of a sudden the Earth was "invisible," meaning that it was just a big blue circle with nothing in it. We could still select levels but it took 10 minutes to load and would instantly boot us back to the pod without the level even starting. After this, we restarted the game and it lingered on the "Connecting to LBP2 Online" screen for a while and then again on the black loading screen with the small earth loading symbol in the bottom left corner. It took about 5 minutes to load, but the Earth appeared again and we were able to get into the levels. This may have had something to do with LBP2 Online being down and/or similar to the Pod glitch with the Earth being in the Pod, but I'm not really sure what happened. Mostly I'm concerned about the long load times because it wasn't doing that before. Anyone else have this type of issue?

This happened to me earlier today, so my guess is it's happened to multiple people, probably serve related. I didn't have the start level boot to pod invisible earth problem, but when I got on the game today it didn't want to load. So I restarted game and it did same thing. So then I quit game and restarted PS3 and same thing, but this time I just waited a good 5 minutes before it dropped me in pod. My guess is server related. I'm not sure. The title of this thread had me thinking it was related to the load bug that there's been a billion threads about.

He isn't referring to the loading bug where controller off/on works, or the earth appearing in pod. He is referring to something that occured today when starting game, and he's referring to an invisible earth glitch. ^_~ I thought same thing at first that he was referring to the infinite load bug and earth filling pod.
