Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think you get the danger tweaker in the Advanced Sensors 4 tutorial (I just pressed Unlock All Tutorials, so I honestly don't know for sure...). It should be under Object Tweakers in your Tools Bag.

I knew about the tweaker, I mean a switch. if it detects lethality of a certain type, it does something.
