Individual cameras for individually controlled sackbots

It's ridiculous that such a simple idea is almost impossible to execute without coming here for help.

I can't get a Sackbot controlled by Sackboy to have the game camera follow him. If I use a movie camera, I have to set it to "infinite hold" which means if I ever leave the controllinator, the camera will never reset back to normal. I can't use game cameras because they don't have an option as simple as "follow tag" or "follow sackbot" which would make things much easier

EDIT: I found out a simpler way to do it in one of the tutorials. Still boggles my mind that MediaMolecule didn't make such a feature so simple. Sheesh.

EDIT2: STill doesn't work. The DCS doesn't even control the Sackbot anymore. He just doesn't move.

Use a game camera and follow the sackbot yourself on an invisible piece of hologram.
Set the cutscene camera to infinate hold and then trigger a 0.1s cutscene camera to cancel it.

I tried the first option but now the DCS doesn't even cause the Sackbot to move...whether on remote control or on direct control. He just doesn't move....2011-01-21 20:33:00

Shouldn't make any difference. Transmitter on hologram and make the hologram follow, receiver with matching color on the sackbot, ensuring that the receiver is set to override sackbot.

It defo works.
