This is a top dowm racer I made for a t.v ad. It features a few ideas some may find interesting such as, time based points system, lap and total time recordings, drifting, ghost cars to race against etc. The entire track fits into the screen (sd t.vs cut off the edges of the track) which works better in multiplayeer as its possible to see where you competitors are. Thanks hugs. I think people are having trouble with the scale of the level ans size of the cars. I have a 42 inch t.tv and sit 2 ft away lol. I want to try something similar again, but maybe ill simplify it so that smaller snd sd t.vs have a better view.

I (and some mates) enjoyed it - however the general consensus was that it would be better more zoomed in, so you could see a bit more detail on the cars, but not the whole track. It reminded me of the old micro machines games (I think it was those, something like that anyway), and if you zoomed it in then I personally think it could be more fun, it was a little hard to judge at times. Either way, is good fun, I enjoyed it

Thanks guys. I may try tp do an alternate version that uses a zoomed in camera. Possibly a verses mode version that works by the players following the cars during the race and moving back the menu screen after its ended. Hopefully ill have time on the weekend to try it out.

I tried this level a few days ago and it really inspired me to get creating, Only problem is your far too clever for me and I just cant for the life of me think how you got it all to work so well, Especially the steering of the car
