Can anybody tell me where to get the green bubbly skin, ive aced almost every level and am going back through levels and cannot find it.

It's in the second to last Cosmos level, I'm pretty sure.. behind a platform you use to jump up into the next area. By the way there's a section for "Help!" topics, so you know.
