Aced Negativitron and well..

Archive: 26 posts

I was disapointed at the Aced level gifts.
I really deserved something better, even though it only took me 4 tries.
That's a lot more tries than I should do on acing a level.

If you need help acing that last level just invite me in game, use all the lives up, and watch me beat it without dying.

Admittedly its not really THAY difficult, just time taking.
Its waaay easier than acing a couple of levels, that's for sure.

Yep, pretty much why the Aced level gifts this time around are not that impressive. It really isn't a difficult level (slight spoiler- albeit wildly impressive boss fight), just takes a lot of time.
Good job on the ace though.

Mmm...yes, it's a shame that you don't get concept art for acing anything for that matter...

Also a shame that there isn't a special costume like Yellow Head.

You might wanna go and ace Full Metal Rabbit, then.

Hogginbotham costume and two great pieces of music, The Future Pt1 and 2. To be a smarty-pants.

I agree with @Silverleon. It's not hard. Well... it's mostly not hard. Only the second part with grabbling hook is frustrating. My favourite is the part with Hamstertron2000.
Hardest boss in the game because of that, overall the boss in Avalonia is the hardest.

Sorry for double-posting but I think it's Higgingbottom or something like that.

Technically the Creator Curators and Sackbot costume are that same kind of 'special' costume.

I aced it after ten attempts I think. Kept messing up at the grappling hook part where I missed the moving jump pads on the floor when I couldn't reach the flying grabbable platforms. Aced all the levels now except that first level which requires a certain sticker.2011-01-21 12:16:00

What do you want? The only special thing that would have to give is the Yellow Head but it is the LBP1 Boss Ace Gift.2011-01-21 12:45:00

......probably not. I can't remember anything in lbp2 that really sticks out as harder to ace. its just kind of a pain. Full metal rabbit, where in the world is avalon centerfuge, and the last boss are probably the hardest, imo. If id quit with the stupid mistakes i'd have it aced a while ago.2011-01-21 14:10:00

I am going to try something less stressful, like juggling knives or tight-rope walking

Then try jumping on the cake and popping the brains with your sackperson. That's what I did. You have to be fast to get both and get back off before he hits the roof and kills you.
