Don't double post, and be a little patient, you only posted your question 10 minutes ago. Did you played the story levels? If I remember well, I didn't have those in the beginning too, but at one point after playing the story mode, I get them... Though I can't tell you in which levels... Please LOCK (multiple thread)

Like they said, its in the tutorials, I finished them yesterday, I'm pretty sure I recall seeing them there. Please, play and finish all tutrials/ story mode before freaking out about something missing next time, chances are, whatever's missing's there.
