Hey and all that...

Archive: 11 posts

Hey, I'm Pulov Yuran (that's not my real name by the way), and whether you care or not, I'm here! I figured I'd post something so in the case I become an absolute failure in this community, I'll have someone else to blame it on.

I'm kidding.

I always dreamed of finding a career in making games for a living, that was until I found music (though that isn't showing much promise either.) I really enjoy the tools you have at your disposal in LBP, and although I lack the cognitive ability to make levels as close to how I have them in my head, it feels good to know you might be getting flagged by a seven year old who wants nothing more than to see all your hard work go to waste and get removed. Ahhhh, feels good to vent, even if it's just internet forum whining.

Anyway, from what I've seen so far, this seems to be a great community; and I can't wait to get started.

It's not like he can do much without going through fifty-gabajilion force-reads. xD

Welcome welcome welcome... to the little place of big ideas... and even bigger failures.

Wow, I'm the exact same, I still like fiddling with flash etc. though I'm hopeless with it but ever since I finally got a guitar I've been wanting a career with it. I feel I picked it up a bit late though, it's only 2 years until I've finished school and I've gotta go somewhere from there.

Welcome!

Mm. The first thing I do when signing up to sites like this is read the rules (though I learned that lesson the hard way.)

Welcome, man!

We only keep 1 force read thread active at all times. If another is also active, it is temporary. We don't usually have more than two active at any one time.

welcome fellow MA person. it's interesting to hear what people find easy and difficult about designing levels. seems like you find the artistic and design conception easier. i'm a bit the opposite (good at making specific objects but find overall design difficult). it's good to have you aboard.2008-11-11 03:13:00
