I'm trying to ace the levels right now, and i am stuck, really, really badly stuck, on one (well, two actually) level. i swear Bang for Buck must have been designed by an entity of pure evil.....or who is just better at platforming than i am. (Edit: finally aced! onto the next'n!) So what level is gnawing away at your soul?

Well, I had a really tough time getting those top pize bubbles in Gripple Grapple. The ones near the beginning where there's two poles moving side-to-side. I was like trying to get the swinging right on those for an hour.

ah yes, i remember those. Fun times. its a shame that they changed the grapple before launch. would have probably made it less frustrating.

I aced Where in the World is Avalon Centrifuge pretty easily, but I'm really having a tough time with Full Metal Rabbit. They're both pretty tough levels. Not to mention both of them are twice as long because of level links.

As far as I have played (Avalonia's first level) there hasn't been difficult level. Only hard thing was the Larry's hideouts third level's swinging part with two hanging pillars and 5 pricebubbles high above them. Getting them was painfull as ****.

Yeah I don't get the frustration with the grapple phase on the last boss. Never had an issue with it. I love the control of the grappling hook. Really well done IMO. For me it was Full Metal Rabbit and Where in the World is Avalon Centrifuge. Mostly the latter. SO HARD! But I've officially aced them all and now it's on to multiplayer sections and the last few hidden prizes. (I think I'm at 91%) I told myself I'd wait to collect everything before starting on my first LBP2 level, but I don't know if I can hold out. Might start on it tonight...

I can only try it about five or six times now before I have to stop 'cuz I just keep getting worse the more frustrated I get. I've struggled at several parts of it, but the part that's killing me now is the fire pit under the boss' second foot. I can never seem to get the jump right on the first try and for some reason, it always insta-kills me instead of doing a burning bounce. I've aced all the others and there's only one prize bubble left for me to find in one of Eve's levels, iirc, and then I'll be 100%. I dread getting the prize bubbles on that chicken one. ;-; So did I, but I was playing it with a buddy and we just kept re-playing it and getting different bubbles each time and before I knew it, I heard the rooster crow and I was like, "Whoa, already?" I think it looks harder than it is, but at least some of that came down to luck.

Yea where in the world is avalon centrifuge is the only level that really gave me any problems. But it's also probably my favorite story mode level. That part where you hang on the bottom of the elevator and the sackbots are on top of it really made me aggravated. But I managed to get 100% story mode in 3 or 4 days so as a whole it wasn't really that hard.

the bot that's crushed and stuck under his foot can be used for a grapple, if ya didn't know that... No wonder I thought that jump was so hard. I finally managed to ace it last night (when I really shoulda' been sleeping, but %&*# I wanted it done!!) Wish I'd known about the grapple--I died at least four times in a row in that spot. I even tried fire-jumping (bouncing off the fire), but no matter where I hit, it would always insta-kill me. I don't remember many insta-deaths from fire in lbp, but they seem more common in lbp2. The worst was when I made it past that jump only to get bounce padded away from the arm so hard that I had nowhere to go but into the fire (which had spread to cover the ground all over), but on my next try, I finally made it. Yay! I struggled with acing the final boss too. I just can't seem to really get a handle on the grapple: I have a tough time getting momentum when trying to swing; so the second part was my big killer.

I only have 3 main path levels left to ace, all in the last world: the rabbit one (which is waaay too long for how easy it is to slightly mistime/misaim something and die), the giant robot one, and the last boss. I can probably beat the last boss given a couple more tries - my last attempt I nearly made it but did something stupid in the second section and shot into the ceiling - and the giant robot one I've got through with only one death because I forgot to wait for the arm to move up, but that rabbit one... *shudder*.

"Into the Heart of the Negativitron" sent me into a spiral of rage and insanity with that godforsaken 2nd stage of my worst area, grappling hooks. But after 3 hours of madness, I finally got my ace thingy, as well as my sanity!. But I'm not doing any grappling hook levels for a long, long, LONG, time.

So I aced and collected 100% on everything in Story Mode, all except for the final boss. I spend an hour or two trying to ace it, and then I FINALLY do. So I go to the scoreboard, and when I press 'continue', the little spinning arrow icon appears in the bottom left corner, and then it freezes. I reboot my PS3 to find that, because it had frozen in the middle of saving, it's acting as if I never even aced the level at all. So right now I'm trying to ace it. Again.

Got the Hump is best tackled with multiple people, like the survival levels. I've been having some weirdly bad luck with Fireflies When You're Having Fun. Missing items, and having unfortunate survival problems. Haven't completely tried mastering the Cosmos Yet. Not looking forward to it, either.

Lol, luckily i haven't got up to full metal rabbit, i don't stand a chance, i rage quit after about 20 goes (i'm not joking either) i kept getting up to the spinning electric wheels and then somehow my sackboy just slightly touched the wheel and sent me right back to the beginning. I must admit though, it gets easier each time you try to ace it!

for me, the two worst are where in the world, just because its waaaaaaaay too long to not be annoying, what with that red boss thing at the end which flings you off into nothingness if you slightly miss time at all, and the fact that the shocktroopers suicide all the time. My least favourite of all though is the final boss. its like they decided that the best thing they could do there is chuck in all the most uncontrolable new things in and hope someone survives, and all that just for some crummy herbert higgingbottham costume that I'm never going to ever have to use? wastraf amser!!!!!!!
