Cause as far as I know, that was the only store that offered all the costumes in the CE and the Ratchet and Clank bonus in the standard copy. What other stores did that special offer I wonder.

Open the case, should be a voucher that says "Congratulations on purchasing LittleBigPlanet2 Collector's Edition" with a scratch-off bit. That's the code. If you put on the one from your receipt, that's the Clu-only Gamestop preorder code.

As others have said, you should have a voucher inside your game case that should get you all of the listed dlc, including Ratchet and Clank. Certain dlc's were also available as pre-order bonuses: for example, Gamestop gives you Clu, and Amazon gives you Ratchet and Clank. But regardless or where you pre-ordered it, the voucher included inside the game case should get you all of the dlc.
