Well I pre-ordered on shopto.net a couple of weeks ago, and it said on it released 01/21/11, then yesterday it said 5 days to go. But today it says 4/02/11. This can't be true can it?

Nope the game is still scheduled for release on the 21st of January 2011 in the UK. I would take your case to be incorrect I find it very unlikely the game would be delayed 2 weeks.

Everywhere else still has the 21st. Play have had it as "In stock | Usually dispatched within 24 hours" since Friday afternoon.

Yeah I got to the bottom of it, rang them up and they said the date has changed for the second shipment, and I'm still on the first shipment
