Hi everyone, LBP2 IS HERE!!! Altho we will not be able to get LBP2 Intel the 18th, the product is already in the stores. I preordered and paid for mine about three months ago. I live on the west coast and knew that because Monday is a holiday they had to be in the stores. So I went to my local gamestop to take a look. Sure enough, the guy had them in the back and brought one out for me to look at. I felt like bolting out the door with it. The big bummer is I will not be able to pick it up till Tuesday morning when they open up.

Oh yeah, worth saying that people may get their orders early by the Shipping sites not wanting to get them to the customer late and other people tricking the stores so be careful of spoilers.

If the Gamestop employee gets caught selling copies of LBP2 early then he can get in serious trouble. Not only would he lose his job but he might risk getting in legal trouble too. I'm sure you can wait a bit longer, at least you don't have to wait til friday for game to come out for you.

Just curious, but how large was the box? Lets just say I needed two hands to hold it. It took everything in me to give it back. And yes I did try to talk him out of it since I already paid for it three months ago. They said they would get in trouble if they gave it to me. No game is worth someone's job so I can play. Just happy to see it. That was cool.

I honestly don't see the appeal of the CE. So you get a few extra costumes, a toy and a bookstand. Is it really worth the extra money? This is just my opinion, but all I really want is the game.

I don't play with toys either. But having a sackboy in your hands is going to be great! The book ends (or game ends as they call it) I don't really care for, but hey its a extra! And all of that DLC is SO worth it! You always want more costumes! P.S. I'm getting the collector's edition!

^ Unlike you I'd like to have the Bookends over the Plushie.. But my problem is that I have a Eu account, and a Eu game (I can find a US one, but the account...). So all I'm getting is 7 Costumes (not 11) and a Steel case and 5 avatars... I'm not whining, but I hate that I'm getting different contex while it's the same edition.. without knowing why.. I just hope it's worth it
