Got the game - Unboxing video / A really nasty Bug

Got the game early from Jalapeno Frenzy Subway contest. 4 days earlier. I still have the collectors edition pre-ordered and will still get it, then I'll give this copy to my friend.

First Impression: Really really polished compared to the beta. The beta had around 30FPS, but in this retail game, it was definitely LBP1 smoothness quality and the image has been smoothen and interlaced. With little or no less rough edges now. It's really clean. :star:


Update: I did the original unboxing video but I accidentally deleted it on my computer so I did another one. And I got a really nasty bug in the game. Where this decoration was really huge and I can't use the controller (pod controller). I can't backup nor import profile because it says I have to be in the "pod"

WAIT. They didnt fix that glitch o.O

it was the no.2 most hated glitch in the beta. (if it is fact the same glitch i'm thinking about.)

I think, in the beta, one way to cure it was to join a friend then to return to pod. But obviously - that's a little hard atm seeing as nobody's really got the game yet...2011-01-15 08:14:00

How did you get the glitch? By pasting the earth sticker real big or using it in your profile?..

If I remember correctly, it was associated with changing your avatar on the XMB. Just leave your avatar alone, and I think you will be fine 2011-01-15 14:04:00

What? I don't understand how changing your PSN avatar can make your Pod spaz out. Does this mean that I just can't change my PSN avatar while playing, or else I will get this glitch and have to restart? I'm confused... What's new?2011-01-15 14:08:00

You can't change your Avatar when playing game, you always have to quit the game if you are editing your account details.		2011-01-15 14:12:00

Question:
Did they fix the randomizer logic. Early in the beta it worked great but then after an update it stopped working like it should. Meaning every time you loaded the level the randomization was not random but the exact same pattern as the last level load.		2011-01-15 15:47:00

Not unfair at all. He won an early copy in a contest, he got an early copy. Seriously people, it's only 3 days for some of us, and anyway, we should be happy for them and not be jerks and get all mad that some got it less than a week early! 2011-01-15 20:10:00

no i don't have you in my friends list. it was a beta bug.

idk how it works w/ the avitar but if you change it it messes up the earth, not the pod itself. the earth smashes into the pod. the best way to deal w/ it is to join a friend or change the avi back. these might help!!!
