I know there are easier ways to do this but you could also try to resize the pic in paint on your pc. I do that if needed

For bandwidth reasons, there are size limitations for signature pictures uploaded to LBPC. If you want it larger, upload to a third-party image-hosting site, and embed it using [IMG] tags.
