Wha- Agh, fine... >_>) Its reputation bars, the more reputation you have the more there are, you gain the 2nd one at 100rep, 3rd at 200, and so on until later where it'll be eveery 150 rep -> 200 rep -> 250 rep. You obtain 2 rep points every time your posts get "Thanked" with the "Thanks button.) Hope THAT helps!

Yea it goes of your amount of thanks. It doesn't really mean much though. In most cases it just shows that someone has been here longer. Or has a lot of quality posts.
