Back In Time For TeaTanuki75 If you're going out to play, be back in time for tea. Use various contraptions to propel yourself at great velocity through an abstract assault course. Depending on your platforming skills, various paths can be found - or contraptions used to greater effect. I hope you give it a whirl and have fun. DISCLAIMER: Although this is my first level at no time did I include Glokenpop | 2011-01-13 16:24:00 Author: Tanuki75 Posts: 172 |
I'll try it! I love giving noobs newcomers feedback on their levels! | 2011-01-14 05:45:00 Author: The-Questor Posts: 1328 |
Hey Tanuki! It's been a long time - how are you doing? It's great to see you over here on the PSP side. I can't wait to check this one out. | 2011-01-15 06:17:00 Author: Taffey Posts: 3187 |
ALRIGHT! Let's start, shall we? The Bads There wasn't as much corner editing as I'd like to see A lot of switches set to "on and off" Simple platforming The Goods Very good for your First level A very long level that keeps you in it all the way The What Why'd you use so much "pink Coral" material? Since your new to the PSP stuff and my style of feedback I'll elaborate for you! The Bads You should use the corner editing tool more You should set switches to directional more In future levels, enhance platforming with logic The Goods Weeeell.....They kind of explain themselves. The What For the record, this isn't bad, it's just me and big, fat curiosity. Overall I gave you :star::star::star::star: I'll heart it when I'm back on LBP PSP. | 2011-01-15 22:28:00 Author: The-Questor Posts: 1328 |
Hi Taffey all's well - time restrictions mean i don't use lbp as much as I'd like these days - that said I've downloaded all your levels and they're first class stuff! Keep up the fine work! | 2011-01-18 01:44:00 Author: Tanuki75 Posts: 172 |
Thanks Questor, yes I agree with your points - I had struggled some with the bounce pads which is some sort of switch problem, I couldn't fix it so tried to compensate for it in other ways. Some of the platforming is simple yes, but as a time attack when a player's under pressure I thought it'd be good to have some breathing space here and there. As for the corner editing and pink coral - as a first level I was experimenting more with the physics. Didn't want the psp to moan about material or shape restrictions (it did anyway, good thing i made plenty of backups - flippin corrupt files whatnots). It is psp noobish but fun's the priority I'll be sure to download kookey canyon | 2011-01-18 01:59:00 Author: Tanuki75 Posts: 172 |
I'll be sure to download kookey canyon Oh! No need. I don't give feedback as an insentive for people to play my levels. My feedback is always free, F4F, or not. | 2011-01-18 02:13:00 Author: The-Questor Posts: 1328 |
Yes, I enjoyed this level. I loved the chaotic feeling while traveling at high speeds. Making the level a race was a very good idea, and if I get the chance, I'll see if I can improve my top score (so far I've only played the level once, and I was rather sluggish). | 2011-01-18 21:33:00 Author: Unknown User |
Pretty good, lots of replay value. 7.5/10 | 2011-01-23 23:15:00 Author: Unknown User |
