Hello sackpeeps! I am weirdybeardy. I've been a lurker of these forums (and this community in general) for some months now. *insert sinister laugh here* I enjoyed reading the posts and taking full advantage of the excellent Spotlight articles, but until recently I was a bit hesitant about actually joining LBPCentral. What changed, I hear you ask?? Well, it was a combination of the launch of LBP.me and the imminent arrival of LBP2 that finally convinced me to take the plunge. LittleBigPlanet is a game that I fell in love with back before I even owned a PS3! I consider myself to be a bit of an all-round dabbler in LBP: a bit of playing, a bit of creating, a bit of general mucking-about with sacfolk friends. I've only created 4 levels... I know they're not very good and I understand my shortcomings in the level creation stakes, but I had fun investing time and energy into them and I'm reasonably happy with them. I always appreciate honest, friendly and constructive feedback and I'm looking forward to LBP.me hopefully opening a few doors for me, getting some responses to my work. I don't care about hearts, etc. Like many here, I seriously dislike the attitude behind H4H and all that crap. I know my levels will never ever appear on Community Spotlight but I hope some people out there will be inclined to take a look and (hopefully) enjoy them for what they are. And I plan to release re-vamped versions once LBP2 arrives! I guess a lot of us are planning something like that, eh? Gah, listen to me, I'm going blah blah blah, and I didn't mean to blah so much! I just meant to say hello and spell out a bit of what I'm all about. It's great to be here! Tarrah for now. weirdybeardy PS. I've been subtly promoting LBPCentral by using the LBPC sticker prize bubbles in my levels...! PPS. I'm *quite* good at Dangerous Descent. PPPS. Umm... No, sorry, that's all I can think of for now.

Welcome to LBPC, weirdybeardy! You made the right decision in joining! Do you mind being called weirdy or beardy for short? Well, let's see... Sometimes I am the owner of a beard and sometimes I am not, but usually I can be relied upon to be a bit weee-ird. Make of that utterance what you will. However, more impressive than my chin-fuzz are my mighty and fearsome side-burns! Sadly this means that I have the same relationship to velcro as Clark Kent has to kryptonite. If you should ever bump into my esteemed sack-self, you may notice that he doesn't technically have a beard. That's because he has a special invisible beard that was granted to him by the sack gods. But shhh, don't spread it around or everyone will be wanting one. Indeed, my levels contain a number of interesting and invisible things! Ho ho! I am on a distinguished road! Apparently.
