Hi guys! I just made what I think of it as a real materpiece which took forever to perfect called my pod. Is there a possiblity I could save it?..

Currently, no... and I don't know if it's possible later. I had my pod the way I wanted it... then some people messed it up =/ Quite annoying indeed.

yes i do agree this should be in place. but if you want to take it to the next level you could make it so you can save 5 pods.. or as many as you want like the character desigh.. another option would be to have an option to make it so any person besides you cannot do anything with the pod

I'll cast my vote in favor of the two suggestions here: be able to save pod designs just like costume designs and an option to prevent other players from altering your pod design.

Yeah I agree that I would also like to see the ability to save Pod decor in a future patch. Its great that you can customise it but it only takes 1 vandal to ruin what could have been hours of careful work. Some pods I have seen have been sheer masterpieces.

You can use the sticker editing tool to remove stickers and decorations, even those left by others... Still though, it can be a pain if there are a lot of them, and if people worked out they could do this, they might trash pods in a different way.

I was about to make a thread about this but decided to look around for it first. YES, I would love the ability to save multiple pod-decorations. I really like the one I have now but I its time for something different as well...I just don't want to lose this one!! And off course, when visitors come in and sticker the entire place in 2.3 seconds....lets just say that some sackboys will not be using their legs for a couple of weeks

An options that would be easy to implement in a patch ('cause saving new things is like the hardest thing to do), they should simply give us the option to not make so people can modify our pods. This would solve most problems really. And I hate people putting stuff in my pod or sticking things on my character. You do this ONCE and I disconnect automatically + remove you from my friendlist if you were there. .

The option to prevent others from altering your pod is very likely considering MM already has a restriction to where you can't slap stickers and decorations on people who aren't on your friends list. Edit: Does the same go for people in your pod? Or are you guys saying that pretty much anyone is trashing your pods?

This would be a great idea. I don't get any people coming in ruining my pod as I very rarely go on on-line co-op on LBP, but I don't like having my pod design gone and pretty much unable to get back when I want a new design to my pod.

Hehe, my friends already know not to mess my pod, every time they even pulled out that sticker removal tool i kicked them out immediately so they won't remove/add stuff anymore XD

You do this ONCE and I disconnect automatically + remove you from my friendlist if you were there. Well, that's a bit harsh, a warning would be nice. But I would prefer to save pod decoration like you can with costumes. Even if it's just a few save slots. Then you can keep good ones for later, and you can restore when your new redesign is not working out.

I don't work very hard on my pod decoration, I just put in a few hearted stickers, but I do think it would be great if Media Molecule let you save pod decorations.

i just spent the last 2 hours decorating my pod, it is now FINALLY a masterpiece. perfect symetry, not 1 spot without an item/sticker.... took..... FOREVER

i really wish we could do this! i'm terrible at decorating my pod, and managed to come up with something that i liked accidentally but then i reset it thinking i could come up with something slightly better, but now i think it looks terrible and it's really annoying me xD it'd be cool if we could copy designs from other people and load them into our own pods (with their permission of course) because i'm clueless when it comes to decorating it myself xD

It would be awesome if MM let us save pod designs, but think: If you could do this you would have less space for everything else. So I say just have a choice for restriction. Speaking of "less space", the profile full message shouldn't interrupt the game, kind of like the level plays/hearts/comments notices.

I at least wish there was a confirmation before resetting the decoration. Quite a few times I've done the start-left-x thing to save my level without realising when I'm in my pod, which resets the decoration.

Well to be honest. Why isnt there any "PSNUSER1 wants to decorate your pod. WIll you let them?". wouldnt that just sort it out. If you say that your friend asked and you said yes and he messed it up.. choose your friends wisely..
