How would live through a robot uprising

we all have a zombie plan, but what if something diffrent happens?, Lets say our computer A.I rise against us(like terminator) and start to attack us? Then what will you do? I got one word, EMP | 2011-01-09 03:29:00 Author: wait wtf Posts: 853 |

Well, first i would (obviously) make some armor out of a super reflective yet strong material, as we all know these robots would have lasers. Then i would coat a car in this reflective stuff and reinforce the interior so those big robot hands cannot smash up my defence machine. Then I would have to go around getting materials to make a laser to mount on my vehicle. Once that is done, i would try modify a rifle or any other type of gun into a laser gun, therefore setting me up for defence. But now i would need to find some large concrete blocks and some steel to create my shelter. My shelter would be a dome with a power generator to power my giant roof mounted laser, an electric fence and all my interior survival gear. Now I would try find survivors, so a better idea than my truck would be a bus. So I modify that and go looking for survivors. Eventually, i will defeat a really cool looking robot and I can use it to create an awesome mecha suit. From then, I would train the survivors I found, repopulate reconstruct the world and get those pesky robots under control. Yep. | 2011-01-09 04:17:00 Author: AA_BATTERY Posts: 1117 |

How? Besides, robots are easy to deal with. Add water. Yeah, but who says they aren't gonna turn you into a smoldering pile of ashes before you can throw a bucket of water on them, hm?? | 2011-01-09 04:52:00 Author: TheZimInvader Posts: 3149 |
or when water is not available, EMP(if you can find one) | 2011-01-09 05:06:00 Author: wait wtf Posts: 853 |
How? Besides, robots are easy to deal with. Add water. Robots are waterproof, unless they are made in Poland, in which case they are made up of mostly water and electronics. | 2011-01-09 05:46:00 Author: KILLA_TODDZILLA Posts: 653 |

Robots are waterproof, unless they are made in Poland, in which case they are made up of mostly water and electronics. Well since I don't have a killer robot onhand, I'll have to perform research on the next best thing - a toaster. Water seems to be super effective. | 2011-01-09 06:03:00 Author: Foofles Posts: 2278 |
1. Cover myself in mud. 2. Live inside a bubble inside my swimming pool for the rest of my life. | 2011-01-09 06:09:00 Author: Cheddars Posts: 447 |

Can we stop getting thread ideas from facebook? Srsly? i didn't get this from facebook, i got this from here (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/How_to_Survive_a_Robot_Uprising) | 2011-01-09 06:27:00 Author: wait wtf Posts: 853 |
I'd just like to ask, which robots will be doing the uprising? Will we be getting attacked by the interior of a car factory? | 2011-01-09 11:27:00 Author: resistance1 Posts: 812 |
I'd just like to ask, which robots will be doing the uprising? Will we be getting attacked by the interior of a car factory? Microsoft and Apple will merge to form Cyberdine Systems. They will then have control over unmanned military drones (which fly on auto-pilot mostly anyway). And the car factories will be reprogrammed to make more drones. And they'll all be wind/solar powered because by then oil will have run out, so there'll be no way to "switch them off" without "switching off" the wind and the sun. My plan would be to coat some cardboard boxes in tinfoil and then walk around in a stiff robotic manner saying "Destroy the Humans" in a monotone | 2011-01-09 12:06:00 Author: Macnme Posts: 1970 |

smartest thing to get is an EMP that way all electronic stuff wont work and all then we all look around the earth finding the rest of the robots and destroy them. | 2011-01-09 18:19:00 Author: Lgjoka2002 Posts: 538 |
Of course, it'd be a pretty dumb evil scientist who wouldn't give his evil killing robots some form of shielding from EMP Plus you would need to co-ordinate your attacks using non-electrical methods. & also... do any of you actually own, or know how to use (or build) an EMP capable of destroying a global robot revolutionary army? ...thought not | 2011-01-09 19:28:00 Author: Macnme Posts: 1970 |
& also... do any of you actually own, or know how to use (or build) an EMP capable of destroying a global robot revolutionary army? ...thought not Well... I know how to transfer anti-virus-killing, server-smashing, hard-drive-melting viruses and bugs from one computer to another. They'd crash harder than a fat guy on a tricycle. And if that doesn't work, then melt 'em with liquid magma. That works everytime. | 2011-01-09 19:39:00 Author: Outlaw-Jack Posts: 5757 |
Providing they run on windows. In which case, I don't think they'd be very successfull either. No, what you've really got to worry about is when they invent nanobots that are capable of designing and building other nanobots... and them then dismantling the entire world and everything in it from a molecular level. You won't even know they are attacking until you start desolving into dust. | 2011-01-09 19:47:00 Author: Macnme Posts: 1970 |

I love it! The supa dupa smart scientist thought of shielding the robots from EMP but didn't think of shielding it from water. Oh and it runs on solar and wind power so it has to be subjected to the elements but no waterproofing. LOL ! | 2011-01-09 19:54:00 Author: KILLA_TODDZILLA Posts: 653 |
I'd just surrender to the robots, convince them that I could help them with the problems of human unpredictability, then discretely program a lethal virus into their collective conciousness. Robot uprising solved | 2011-01-10 23:37:00 Author: Scifiguy Posts: 95 |
Well, i would have my tech buddy build us an EMP generator and live atop an awesome castle. and shoot waterguns at them. | 2011-01-10 23:44:00 Author: Joshofsouls Posts: 1569 |
