Why is six afraid of Sehven? Because Sehven was a bit of a competitive eater, you see? He was never a huge star or anything - not like that Kobayashi fellow who could eat like 50 hot dogs. Incidentally, Kobayashi was very small - a story for another time, perhaps. Anyways... Sehven used to enter competitive eating contests that ranged from pizza to ice cream to chicken wings, and everwhere in between. Yes, even hot dogs. I could never eat competitively. I can never even finish a full meal at a sit down restaurant. Well sometimes, but generally not. But back to Sehven. In one of his first contests, Sehven managed to eat nine hot dogs in one minute. It was amazing! I've never seen someone eat so fast. I'm not even sure he chewed his food! He use the age-old technique where you eat the bun separate from the dog, using his water to soften the bun. I'm sure it tastes terrible, but it really is the quickest way. He just plowed through his plate. He didn't win or anything, but it was an amazing showing. Anyways, I digress. tl;dr, Sehven ate nine. --- Also, because six and Sehven are relatively prime (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coprime). ...wait, that's not very funny. And it doesn't even make any sense in the context of your question. Hm... sorry. Because it suffered from septephobia... poor thing. I wish I could come up with something clever like Comph, but I'm afraid that I'm at sixes and Sehvens with that kind of thing. I think you got your facts wrong... I ain't afraid o' no Sehven ...see?

The only time I recall religious issues coming up was that one incident a while back and when I told you what had actually been said, you seemed to come around to my point of view. It wasn't even an infraction/warning: just a deleted post. My personal take on moderating is that it's meant to keep the site legal (no piracy, etc.), family friendly (no objectionable/offensive content), and as enjoyable and easy to use as possible to the most people possible (no spam, bickering, etc. and keep things in their organized sections and all that). It's also a way to crush people who ask me bothersome questions, so you can expect a 30 point infraction soon Well, that was quite rude, Silverleon... Is this based solely on that single spampost you pointed out, which was deleted for being spam?

How afraid are you about the people here stalking you and eventually finding out everything about your personal life? My life if pretty quiet... wouldn't be worth it. Same here. They'd be pretty disappointed. I'm sure you're both completely underestimating your potential to fascinate. As for me, anyone who snoops enough into my personal life gets allocated a share of the chores. Hmm, I will probably never get used to comph not being purple. So what do you think your LBP2 experience will be in the coming year(s) compared to LBP1? Are you gonna play more or less than before? Will you create more or less levels than in LBP1...? I know you can't really know by now, but maybe you have an idea due to real life issues, changes or priorities maybe... I'm hoping to do just as much creating, with more playing, but with less free time. I haven't worked out the logistics yet, but it's going to work. I have a few level ideas in mind. I think I'm going to take a little create break and just soak in Story mode for at least a month or two first. I've been working on stuff almost non stop since I got LBP1 and I want to reconnect with what I love about the playing part. I'll get working after that! I keep hoping I'll have more time, but it's unlikely. The older my kids get the more running round I seem to have to do. I do want to get back to my course this year as well.... I need to get a diary... *walks off, thinking* I spent most of last year unemployed and only the last half of it in school so I had a lot of time to create. Probably won't have that much time this year between school and work.

If you could be any colour of bean bag chair, what colour would you be? Do you really not know? What's with all the color questions? What's next? The color of Inanimacy's underwear? You say people have lives ('cept you according yo Aya. ) but that's exactly part on my point too, all the other mods have lives as well, but that's not stopping them from working as mods, is it? Like some behind the scenes thing or working on a feature for the site? If not, I don't see why have extra 2 mods just for the sake of having many mods, and nothing more. Well, I'm here to defend. Yeah, we all have busy lives but they're all very different. As for me, most of my work is in the home at the moment, hence my ability to log on reasonably frequently. If I had a job outside the home that wouldn't be the case. There's a lot more to moderating than what you guys see. Jeff's main responsibility is for the PSP section of the site, although he is a full moderator, but that's where he's been doing his thing, and he's been doing it well. But we all discuss things in the staffroom and help each other out. Just cause you don't see it, doesn't mean it's not happening. schm0's had stuff going on IRL but has been popping in to help out behind the scenes. I'm not trying to be rude here when I say the mode (and I don't mean 'quality&apos and the frequency of how each of us moderates is not really essential info for the community, nor is it necessarily supposed to be equal at all times, which is why we work as a team. Those of us who need to step away for a bit for whatever reason are really under no obligation to explain to community why that is. Our personal lives are personal. We can explain if we choose to, be we shouldn't have to. We're not paying your wages or anything - nor are you guys paying ours. This is all voluntary As long as there are staff available, it's all good And how many mods are or are not necessary is at the discretion of CC and the rest of the staff, according to how much moderating is needed at the time. Does that help? Dude. We're not gonna' make you a mod so you can stop campaigning for it.

I'd have Cajun Chicken Cordon Bleu with Tasso ham and a pecan cream sauce, tiny plate of Chicken Marsalla (don't want to fill up on pasta ) my mother's cheesy potato casserole, a bunch of bacon, Slice of turtle cheesecake, slice of chcocolate cake with Grand Marnier flavored mousse frosting, one of my mother's black bottom cupcakes without the icing...... and a twix bar. I mean, unless you're in New Orleans, they'd probably put powdered sugar on it... they put powdered sugar on everything.. they're insane... But for everywhere else.. idk what that is D: Cajun Chicken Cordon Bleu Stuffed with smoky tasso ham, Creole mustard and provolone cheese, lightly breaded and topped with our decadent pecan cream sauce My favorite restaurant in Milwaukee makes it. I know it's not a traditional dish but I adore it. I've been to New Orleans twice and ya, the food is unbelievable! Creole mustard..as in Crab sauce? Pecan sauce sounds interesting :o

What is your favorite book of all time and why? ohhh that's a hard one. Lord of the Rings Trillogy or Hitchhiker's Guide.... argh.... Ok, going with the Lord of the Rings Trillogy. It's beautifully written, very imaginative and the characters are great. You can read it over and over and over and still find something new each time you read it. The Giver, by Lois Lowry. It's not a challenging book per se, but it was the last book I read in school that I truly enjoyed. I reread it recently, and it's incredibly deep - only took me about a day to get through. Twilight. Okay I'm kidding... but I will admit, I did enjoy it. My fave at the moment would probably have to be 'Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows', although I have always adored the short stories about the Glass family, by J.D. Salinger. 'Seymour: An Introduction' being possibly my favourite of those.

If you were a regular site members and I was a mod, what would YOU ask ME? (I'll probably answer too, so ask away. ) This gives me an idea. Can we have a "Meet the Users" thread in which the site staff can ask any of the members questions. And we'd have the ability to edit your posts in that thread. No. We're the special ones. You're all just peons. Seriously, though, even if it were feasible to do, there are seven of us and what... thousands of members? The idea of this thread is to give people a chance to talk to us and get to know us a bit outside of those situations where we're infracting and banning you. You know, like a propaganda thing that tries to trick you into thinking we're your friends or something.

If CC were to complain about the workload from running this place getting to much, and take a step back, and everyone support him, it's fine. But if CC then remained anyway, contrary to what he had said, continuing exactly what he had been doing before, at which point LBP decided to remove him from his mod position admin position without telling him, or the community, how would the mods feel? It's happened at a forum I'm on, however it's a Forza 3 league forum, and the admin in questions was well liked by all the members, along with the fact that he sorted out the organisation of most of the events. He doesn't pay for the domain or hosting, the two admins do, and when he claimed he needed a break, they let him step back no questions asked. He stayed as adding and for a week or two he didn't come on much. He then returned and continued as if nothing had happened, picking up his old workload (which is a lot, running 10+ racing series with 100+ drivers in each, managing all the points, sending out car builds etc.) as if nothing had changed. Suddenly today there is a post saying he is no longer admin because the two founders have decided that it's too much work, given his personal situation he mentioned what is now a couple of months back. He's been removed and there is a 15 page (and growing) thread of complaints, with racing teams (including mine) pulling out of the league and threatening to start a new one. Bear in mind that some of the teams on there are amongst the best racing teams on 360 (VVV etc), not just on site teams, but people who have the team name in the GT etc. (for example mine is VxR Senna) so it's a proper place, not some crappily thrown together thing. Turn10 even support the place by donating unique in game cars and prize money, so it's gained a lot of recognition. Through all this, the two founders, who seem to contribute little in the way of organisation, they only pay, are saying that it's his own fault and refusing to give us the reasons for why he was fired, and why he wasn't warned. They keep saying to teams who are leaving 'Your life, your choice' and yet when the admin in question made the decision in his life that he was ready to return, they ignored his choice and removed him. Given that he did all the work, it's seems stupid, especially as they will soon have no members left. Mods opinions on what is going on? I didn't explain it that well and I can link to the site if you want to see the thread, but I just wanted outside opinions on what is going on... First, it seems like people on the site are taking things way too seriously and getting worked up over a gaming site. Of course, it's easy to say that since I'm not there; perhaps if I were emotionally invested, I might have a different take. Second, reading a few paragraphs from one person's point of view is hardly enough to base a well informed opinion: perhaps there's more going on behind the scenes than you know. Third, as distasteful as it may be to most, if the two admins own the site and pay for everything, they have every right to go home and take their ball with them, so to speak. It may not win them any friends, but it's their freakin' ball. If you don't like it, then perhaps there's another site that will be more to your tastes and isn't run by admins like that. I get the upset if the guy was well liked. However, my experience tells me that there's always two sides to a story. Bummer for the community that the two admins aren't willing to tell theirs, but there's nought you can do about that, sadly. I hope your site doesn't crumble as a result. Good luck A lot of the people taking it way too seriously have paid money for a 'premium' membership to help keep the site going (I'm not one of them, but still) and so they rightly feel they should have a right to complain... Indeed. If I had put money into something and it had gone to hell, I'd be ****** off. Again, though, It'd be tough to make a judgment without having all the facts from both perspectives. Ultimately, though, this is the risk you take when getting invested in something that you don't have direct control of--sometimes things just don't go your way and you're powerless to do anything about it. Mostly I try not to get that invested in things, though I'm probably at that level with this site and I'd be pretty annoyed if it went to crap.

What is your favorite sport(s)? I'm not a big sports fan but I watch the Green Bay Packers play football sometimes and have been known to attend hockey games in Milwaukee sometimes. I am a geek for the Olympics though. Calvin ball! I'm not especially into sports, but if I were going to be into one, it'd either be football or hockey. Back in the day a bunch of my buds and I used to get together for all nighters playing NHL '98 on ps1, and I watched a few hockey games with them. Other than that, I watch the Super Bowl and that's about it for me and sports. I was gonna say "tonsil hockey".. but that would be a lie I would probably have to say Dodge Ball My favorite sport is basketball. I try to watch every single game played by the Dallas Mavericks (They are in the NBA). I also like watching football and baseball.

What are your favorite types of music? Oh, I'm all over the board. From 80-90's Industrial, New Wave, Goth, Pop to Classical, Electronica, Musicals... ya I have weird and varied tastes. I'm a child of the '80s so a lot of that stuff still has a special place in my heart. Mostly the pop music (when I was a kid, Erasure was my favorite group, but I don't care for their later stuff like "Always"), but since Guitar Hero introduced me to some of the rock music, I've become a fan of that too (gotta' love Motley Crue). Other than that, I've dabbled a bit in several genres from '50s music to Country (though I grew out of that pretty quickly) to Metal and even Classical. I like some of the modern stuff too, like Disturbed, Avenged Sevenfold and such, but I can't stand the more poppy stuff (Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, etc), R+B, or rap (I went through a rap phase in the mid-'90s and I still like some of it, but not much). One of my favorite songs is SR-71's "Tomorrow" (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vjSb7j3OSgk&ob=av2nl).... or some of the music off of "Dr. Horrible's Sing Along Blogs." (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AaXBu5unFCQ) My tastes are extremely broad: from ethnic, to classical (of all kinds), to international and local folk music, with a lot of popular and indie stuff thrown in for good measure. But if I want to instantly feel good, I go for 80s music as that music was the soundtrack to my teenage years.

Not that I have any particular love of it, although a nice warm bath is just about the best thing ever, but my reasoning is this. The nature of water is such that it changes the air around it by becoming water vapor and making it humid or barren by it's absence. It can move earth and erode even the tallest of mountains given enough time. It can generate electricity if harnessed and it is moved by Gravity to make the tides but otherwise isn't really bothered by it. On the sea I thought of all my past training and got mad at myself and punched the water! Right then, at that moment, a thought suddenly struck me; was not this water the very essence of gung fu? Beginning of September 08, bbroman. He lasted like a month before he disappeared. Maltay followed a few days later. Both stepped down/ were demoted in October 08. A week or so afterward, DrunkMiffy was awarded modship for being a drunk. Middle of September 08, four "dedicated mods" were introduced. They were essentially dedicated to four forums each before becoming full flown mods within a few weeks. they were Code1337, Marino, aer0blue and Quozl. A few weeks later in October 08 Forsaken and Mark D. Stroyer became mods, and Marino caused some huge incident where he got demoted and was banned a month later. In December 08, supersickie became a mod. In early 09, Code, Forsaken, Mark D Stroyer, and DrunkMiffy, were all gone by May, and Elbee23 was hired in early 09. Whaaaaale and Killian were given modship in June of 09. Quozl, Elbee, and supersickie stepped done in august, and supersickie regained modship a day or so later. so at the moment, the mods were aeroblue, supersickie, whaaaaale and killian. After the Logic Pack came out, comphermc and mrsupercomputer were made mods. By March of 2010, aeroblue, supersickie, whaaaaale and killian stepped done, leaving compermc and mrsupercomputer with the newly modded Aya. rtm223 and Babydoll followed suit in June of 2010, and mrsupercomputer dropped out a few months later. schm0 became a mod shortly after LBP2 was announced, and of course in the past few months, Sehven, jeffcu and Morgana25 became mods, and rtm and comphermc dropped out. ... And I recalled all that from memory, with no external help whatsoever. I have no life >_> Seriously. ... ok, actual question since this is meet the staff and I was only answering because I highly doubt any current mod knows all those people who were mods for a few months in 2008 Is Morgana the replacement for both rtm and Comphermc, or are you currently looking at more? ... and just in case you take that the wrong way, I wasn't suggesting me, I just have a desire to know all about this site... as you can see from my history lesson above >_> I could never replace either, much less both. Actually, Sehven and jeff were already 'replacements' for Comph while he was on sabbatical, and Morgana was just to 'replace' rtm. And another question: Do I have no life? You have a life. The question would be are you enjoying it? I agree. But that is some impressive fact recollection. Please ensure whatever professionial field you decide to head into makes good use of that ability. Born in Germany, moved to the US when I was two, back to Germany when I was eight, visited Paris at ten, and then back to the states at eleven. Went to Hawaii for a couple years when I was 20, which, while a state, is technically overseas.

Favorite thing about LBP2? SACKBOTS!! Oh, and the new materials and camera tools... but mainly SACKBOTS!! New logic tools, particularly microchips. May I never have to see another winch-based logic gate again. Hologram and LIghtboxes... although comph's got me loving the logic as of late. I'm with Aya: I love the new logic.

I never found water to be a particularly compelling gameplay element, although works well from a purely aesthetic POV. how about jetpacks then? :3 Grapple would be so much easier for co-op gameplay. Jetpacks? Sure why not! I tell you what... I'd prefer jet packs to get some of those items where you have to pull in and swing up on the grapple. Aaaargh! I suck at that supremely. I don't much care for grappling or swimming, so I guess I'd go with jetpacks, though I'm not too heartbroken about not having those either.

Here is my question. I'm new here and I don't really know my way around the place. Could you give me any tips to making an impact on the site Well the way I went was to play a lot of levels and leave feedback for creators. Helps you get to know people and they start to recognize you too. Just get involved I'm less play and more create/share, so I spent most of my time in the help section trying to help out other people and occasionally asking for help with my projects.
