Theres also a fable 2 part in theer for guys like Reshin. Alex does say in the interview that its going to be a global release, which means if its confirmed for the 30th in Japan, its confirmed for the 30th everywhere. Although, that sign could say anything... everybody just assumed it was a release date. (Anybody know Japanese?)

You need to be 18 for a start, you need to be able to file reports in clear English, must have a broadband internet connection & be connected to PSN.. Can't remember the rest. And they're not recruiting atm, so it's not possible ;/

If the requirement is 18, I'll act as if I am my parent, and just do it that way. Even if I need to make them a PSN account, I will just to get in the open beta.
