Sorry if this has been posted. I have looked everywhere and I see confirmation that all LBP DLC costumes come over to LPB2. What I can't find is do the costumes included in LBP come over. My wife made a sack girl and is the only one she uses. It consists using the pink stars skin, with the blue hair with pigtails. If that is there that will be all she needs. The blue hair with pigtails was not in the PSP version and she never really got into the game just for that fact. Im telling you if she can't play with her sack girl she will most likely not be to interested in LBP2. Anyone else here use the same sack for everything and will not want to give him or her up? Thanks

I think it's a pretty safe assumption that all the dlc will be backwards compatible. MM has said that levels will be and I would have to think they'd include costumes too. I can tell you that the dlc I had (well some of it since it pulled from an early profile) all worked in the beta. I think the blue pigtails will be there for her. I have two costumes I use almost exclusively - I'd be totally bummed if I couldn't, so I understand where your wife is coming from. Might be a girl thing.

Must be a girl thing. I'm naked sackboy half the time. 99.9% sure the costumes will transfer over.

Yeah, no worries, you import your Save File onto LBP2, so anything you had saved in LBP1 will transfer over to LBP2. LBP1 DLC is compatible with both LBP1 and LBP2, so you can buy all LBP1 DLC you want and you'll be able to use it in LBP2. Also, all published levels will be on LBP2's Servers as well. In short, most likely all will be transferrable from LBP1 to LB2. Hope that helps!

Keep in mind, people, that the costume parts Banjo's wife is using is NOT DLC. It's parts that were standard issue, so to speak. We'll have to see if those parts transfer over, but I think they will (if they don't come standard with LBP2 in the first place). If not, no doubt there will be TONS of new awesome parts that'll come close enough to what she's using right now.
