Has anyone in the beta tried using the PS Eye to make stickers? Is it any better quality? I wonder what features we'll have for PS Eye related stickers.

Not any better I'm afraid. What we used it for was a bit early on in the Beta. So it might have changed a bit later, but I kinda doubt it.

The resolution isn't necessarily a function of the device, it could just be sampling a lower resolution since the PS eye supports up to 640 x 480. Can anyone take a picture with the PS Eye and upload it to lbp.me please?

You should try taking a picture of something that is not a screen. Use a picture or something.
