This might have already been asked but What of all the LBP materials...stickers....ect, Are they ALL going to be given to us in LBP2? Do we collect them? do we keep what we already have unlocked and if we want to unlock the rest for LBP1 we have to pop the old CD in and play they old levels? Thanks

Of course we'll have everything we had in LBP1(including dlc), if you didn't collect something in LBP1, don't think you'll get it for free in LBP2, go back to LBP1 and collect

Everything you have in LBP1 is going to be transferred. If you go back into LBP1 and collect some more stuff, LBP2 will ask you before you enter your Pod whether you want to import said stuff. Hope that helps EDIT: Agggggghhhh sniped.

What are some great packs from LBP that we should get before LBP 2s release? The Pirates and MGS packs are almost essential. I got all the level packs. Well worth it IMHO.

The Pirates and MGS packs are almost essential. I agree. You definitley want the paintinator and water.:star: I also suggest the heavy rain costume pack. It has some great realistic hair and I'm getting it this weekend. Also get the vera bee sticker pack. Great for scenery. There are others such as the marvel pack and the marvel costumes too. But what you want is up to you. This is how I usually rank of which packs to get first. 1.Level Packs 2.Sticker Packs 3. Costumes There are also some free costumes out there. try searching for them. Ps. Also get the music pack 1 and creator pack 1. They are very essential

I think water is a part of LBP2 you will get it anyway, im not sure about paintianator, looking how paintanator sensor looks like and fact that paint projectile is not part of projectile sensor it seems it's still part of MGS pack. So would wait for the game first before buying any DLC if you only want features from them

And it has some good materials, too. You shouldn't just dismiss the History and Monster packs either, they have some very useful decorations.

I have $20 gift card dedicated entirely to LBP 2, can't wait to see what they come out with. Also, I have the PotC pack and the MGS pack. No you don't need music packs for music creating those contains only ready music.There might be DLC that will include new instruments for music sequencer, but currently theres none Buy anything that you think will be useful for your project, i you don't know yet what you need then wait, they wont run away so there no rush buying DLC

Water is not a part of LBP2 but there are animated water materials but you cannot swim in them and they don't splash... So yeah POTC is still essential! Now excuse me while I find something to lol at LOLZ :arg:

No, and i tell you why. If MGS DLC features uses old appearances why they changed that for water stuff? that because MGS is still part of LBP1 DLC and water became part of the game. i'm also sure that story levels using it and it would be not fair that you need to buy a DLC for that.
