i have no idea how to do this properly in LBPC, so any tips here will be greatly appreciated. i'll attempt to attach a pic with this thread. *attempt ok, so why does only the Tile appear?

I don't know what you're doing wrong, but now you can just go on lbp.me, click an image and copy and paste the URL. That's how I got my lbpcentral avatar

when writing a comment if you see a little box with a tree on it click it AFTER you copies and pasted the URL of the picture (if you don't know the URL is the words like when you write to go to a website.) http://www.lbpcentral.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=28997&d=1294133838 like i did here.

There are a couple of ways to get photos to show in posts. Easiest is to have an account on a photo sharing website like photobucket.com. You can copy the code they provide that begins with and ends with You can also upload pics to your profile albums here on lbpc and then paste the IMG code on the bottom of the photo when you click on it. Like this http://www.lbpcentral.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=9545 Looks like this http://www.lbpcentral.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=9545 when you paste it in. Took me awhile to get the hang of it but it's not too hard to do. Good Luck!

Edit- it appears to have worked (however rough).
