Little Big FPS 2!

After all of the positive feedback from Little Big First Person Shooter I Knew I had to make another one, but there is really not many ways to improve on what I already made so I'm making this an LBP2 project. New features I want to include are Main menu, pause menue, options like difficulty and music and sensitivity, a Heads Up Display, airstrikes and power-ups, and anything else I can cram into it. If you guys have any Ideas, or suggestions on how to make these things in LBP2 for I am familiar with the tools cause somehow Mm sent PPp_Killer my invite lol.

If I end up using your ideas I'll be sure to put you in the credits (also a feature I plan to have)

I'm sorry to say it, but I'm alredy tired of "LBP FPSs".
LBP is not in "3D", I mean, it's not an FPS! So I don't get the point of doing an FPS if you can't rotate.
However, a "foofle's-engine like" would be great. (The raycaster).

Someone made a full on FPS, with rotation and movement in all directions.

Yeah RapheaIs wolfenstein level, it used the raycaster. I hope people know I made one after I saw it being used in RapheaIs wolfenstein level. But discovered my last gun (hence why RapheaIs gun is tiny probably) was too big and gah, it created depth problems as I only had the 3D blocks 10 layers deep (from a 30 layer back view). Though. You could probably fake 3D blocks for 2D illusions which i haven't bothered with but may look far better) then it creates more problems with perceptive that would be fixed with more work...
The raycaster is relevantly easy to set up.

Anyway, either pick 3D or 2D. Either way, you will receive the same "this is not a fps because it's not 3d" or "this proves lbp2 isn't good for 3D FPS".

FPSs are good at tech demos, not as "levels", or as "games".

Have you played my Little Big First Person Shooter? It wasn't bad and my next one is going to be ten times better!

I'm going to make the gun move faster and smoother, I'ma make a better reload animation where the gun tilts to the right during reload (Thank you PPp_Killer / rauland, create a HUD that's customizable to the user, and create a more involving story. I might also add a free-play mode or time trial now that I think about it.

But you can't move "in"!
If you see a house with an ennemy on the roof, you can just shoot him from outside, you can't enter the house to kill him with a knife!

Here is my definition of a FPS: A FPS is a First Person game where you can go ANYWHERE you want, and kill ANYBODY you want, with strategy or not.
Here what you're doing is more a "duck hunter", it's a 2D shooter.

Your definition to me sounds like Fallout 3/NV, (Which has terrible FPS game play I might add, which made you rely on the auto aim VATS system). But entering a house would cause a loading screen and blah.

At least Wildbill can show sackbots to be a perfect solution for a good enemy AI.

I'm talking about Battlefield: Bad Company 2.
So there was a sniper, and you can choose if you knife him from inside or if you shoot him from outside!
You can also choose to blow him up with C4 or something like that.
And I'm talking about multiplayer FPSs, when you load the whole map once and then you play, so it doesn't loads the house...

Well, I for one really dig on rails stuff like time crisis and some of these levels look like fun.
If there was a good few ps move powered levels cropping up that played out like most FPS levels... man, I'd totally buy a ps move.
