I suppose this is a good thing. I wonder how this affects this court case; http://news.cnet.com/8301-13578_3-20021417-38.html

Hopefully, Mr. Brown can help revive California. All these education budget cuts are gonna be murder if they continue this way. And what is it with this state and video games?2011-01-01 13:09:00

Has anyone not pointed out the luscious irony in Arnold Schwarzenegger protecting kiddies from 'video game violence'? Has anyone seen Commando? Predator? The Terminator? The dude's career was built on shooty-shooty action movies!

That aside, he was probably one of the better politicians we had. I wouldn't know though; given the Sunshine State's demographics, we're net very well off any way we go.

No, he can't step down! He's the only one who can save California from Wildfires!

By shooting them.

I wish Arnold could TERMINATE Jerry Brown out of office.

To be honest, video games seem to thrive here, despite the constant baffling of old coots from office. It sorta helps too that there's a TON of developers and a TON of gamers out here as well.

And... is it just me, or am I the only Californian that's replying in this thread?

I hope nothing happens to California; they have the largest economy (I think) and population of any state in the U.S.
If fact, were anything to happen to the rest of us, California could be it's own country, like in Fallout 3! (A game that Californians "shouldn't play.")
I wonder what Arnold Schwarzenegger will do now?

From cnet:

"The California law slaps anyone who sells or rents a "violent video game" to a minor with a $1,000 fine. That's defined as a game in which the player has the option of "killing, maiming, dismembering, or sexually assaulting an image of a human being" in offensive ways. Parents or guardians are still permitted to buy those games for minors."

So there are inoffensive ways of doing this?

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that this Schwarzenegger guy came to my high school one day to talk about how they were gonna start putting textbooks on ebook devices that way the schools could cut down on textbook costs and students could conveniently carry all their textbooks in one little portable device.

Anyone from Cali know if this is still in effect, cause that would be totally cool if they started doing that.

Come with me if you want to live.

Was that relevant?
I have never actually seen a Terminator movie. Kinda glad to say so.
Arnold was good in "Conan the Barbarian" but not in office or a speedo.
