If you were, what are your thoughts on the users? I think that they're probably the worst bunch of people on the whole internet. This is not a rant because I've been offended by someone on them but because I sometimes visit the forums since I always look for the newest trailers on their site (even thou the awards and stuff like that are at the same level as their user base). Any time I take a peek at the forums I'm always surprised with he amount of ignorance and hostility. You have any thoughts on this? It just really amazes me...

Yea, here at LBPC, there is the odd spammer or member who seems to think that they can say whatever, but then the mods drag out the ban hammer and it's over before it started! I still think doubletime stayed longer than he should have.. I'm glad we're not like other forums...

I haven't really seen the Gametrailer's forums, but YouTube couldn't be a distant second...

I haven't seen the gametrailers forums but sites like that that are barely moderated and get a lot of traffic are bad ideas forum wise. Even sites like GameFAQs, they have some of the nicest people on the internet, people who are willing to spend hours and hours studying games and writing comprehensive walkthroughs and guides. Then you go on the message boards and they are all trolls who think they are better than everyone else.
