| With the help of Inanimacy I have decided to start a worm with every single artist here on lbpcentral. For those of you who dont know a worm is a piece of art where each person does a segment then each segment is stitched together to make 1 long piece of work. Here is an example: http://tgmnky.deviantart.com/art/TM-Art-Worm-1-109848500 So heres how it is going to work You need to leave a comment saying that yu want to take part in this worm. I will list all the participants in this original post. Ill be no1 and i will start it off then the 2 nd person will then do there segment and son and so on. BUT FIRST we need ideas for themes so leave a comment saying you want to participate and any theme ideas. | Count me in. It doesn't seem many people are interested though, so Ima ask a few of my artsy friends if they'd like to participate to help this thread out. EDIT: <<lol dramatic Alright, I asked about 4 of my friends if they're interested. ( it might take a little while before i get replies) I would've asked more, but most of them that like to draw are either busy or not very active, so i don't think i should bother them :S Anyway, what is the starting image gonna be like? The example you provided a link to is really long.. i'm just wondering if it has to be that way? But then again, it would probably be more confusing to the participants (and messier) if it was more like a normal image in its proportions. | I'd rather it be a scene, it just makes it seem more whole. I think it should be like the Community Chessboard, only on a bigger scale and not pixel art, of course. | Yh there's unlimited spaces That sounds like a pretty large image..  Anyway, as for a theme.. I was going to suggest New year's, but then I realised how dumb that is considering New year's follows no specific theme, not to mention it's right around the corner..lol Let me just list a bunch of possible themes(though some might not be very good) off the top of my head: Midieval Winter Music TV Outer Space (or Celestial, which i think would be purdy...:hero Futuristic Food Nature LBP Video Games in general Fairy Tales Post-Apocalyptic Original Characters(in which each artist draws their own character, or something like that) Horror <<probably not Can't think of anything else at the moment- If anyone has any ideas throw em' in, if you'd kindly. | 2010-12-30 15:25:00 Author: Ninjaferret22 Posts: 1403 |

| hmm... thanks for inviting me NinjaFerret I guess I could join too. Sounds like fun. But I agree a wider image would be preferable. I can do pretty much anything, so... why not just a mix of themes that link together. A bit like a rainbow. It starts with a color and with blending it comes out as another color. It'd be interesting if the worm started out with a detective at his office and followed him searching for clues and eventually getting to the center of the crime. Its a bit linear, but an interesting idea anyway. I like the video game character idea. It could be portrayed as a large fight scene between all the characters.
