I'm just wondering will there be any possible way to re-create the God Glitch in the full release of LBP2? Well there have been rumours of a god glitch in lbp1. Someone managed to give away gloves on a scoreboard, possibly one of the ones used in Mm levels. Note- this is a rumour, don't take it as fact

However, Mm considers this a particularly bad glitch and have done everything they can to squash it, including starting at least two threads specifically asking players for help confirming that they got it. I would think they'll do everything they can to make sure they don't accidentally let the glitch back in.

I sincerely hope that it does not survive in the retail copy of the game. Most people only focus on the idea that it can be used to "steal" things from the story levels, which should be enough to want it to not exist. For everyone else, consider that the God Glitch allows the user to use create tools anywhere, including in your pod. This meant that some malicious users were joining random people, only to delete their pod, which permanently corrupts the user's profile as they both fall through nothingness. I severely hope that it never shows its ugly head again. There are too many jerks in LBP for such an exploit to happily exist.

Well god-glitch been eliminated even on beta now, so if it appers again in can be fixed, ofcorse reaction time would need to be much faster to reduce the damage. If they make sure that creation code won't work outside create mode, it should be eliminated forever. Imo, god-glitch was probably caused by debug mode left overs (you know those MM secret menus that you may seen in there presentations) With pod glitch, it depends if backuped level with captured pod will work on full game even if that happens it's harmless glitch for other players then user it self (since you can break your profile). Pod glitch still working, but then i tried to use it with other players online, it diverged the game.

About the Pod Glitch... I think it will still "be there", but as Rauland said, it will be inaccessable due to the fact that no one (as far as we know) will be able to get a Pod into Create Mode without the God Glitch.

Well, wouldn't it be possible to import the captured pod from the BETA into the retail copy of LBP2? No. Nothing is transferring. It's also possible to knock over old ladies in the street and steal their purses, but it doesn't mean you should, should be able to, or will get to.

As far as we have been told there will be no options for importing Beta content to the retail version of LBP2. This has been added (or removed depending on how you look at it), due to a few severe bugs found during the beta. Some are still hoping to find a loop-hole/use some similar to those in the other betas, but I have personally given up on ever being able to import stuff from the Beta. This is probably is for the better though, given the game-breaking issues which could occur with the wrong people importing the wrong levels...

I asked about importing the captured pod because LittleBigPodcast did an interview with LBP Founder & Co-Founder and they actually said they ENJOYED the glitch and the fun it was

You need the god glitch. To get the pod. So... no well considering Mm loved the Pod Glitch they might be nice enough to provide a level with the POD in it for us to have...you don't really need the God Glitch for it...you just need the POD...so if Mm can provide the pod...then you have the Pod Glitch alive and well and to be honest I'd love for them to do so with the Pod Glitch...as I have been using them and have yet to have a corrupt file at all but yes I agree with everyone else that the GOD GLITCH must be destroyed and never accessible to any player in LBP...evil creeps in many form and in LBP with this glitch it comes in the form of idiots deleting pods and stealing levels

The comments on the video in the OP are hilarious, people raging because they don't know what a BETA is Although I would like a way of having Create Popit in play mode (as I said somewhere else, would make some very cool puzzles), it would definatly have to be toned down, and by the sounds of it it's shown what jerks some people are.

God Glitch is why we cant keep our levels from beta and the god glitch would be a bad idea just look at the beta palyers cant hold themself back, all it take is one bad egg. If you want to find out how Mm made somthing try asking them.
