Unable to place logic inputs/outputs in LBP2 beta create mode??

| Hey guys, For some reason when I am not in a tutorial I am unable to place inputs and outputs to connect objects like the grab switch, ramdomiser, and/or switch etc... In the tutorial there is a little light where you place the popit to connect inputs/outputs the the other objects but when Im in create mode its not there... For example, place a grab sensor on some sponge and I am unable to connect its output to anything as it doesnt let me choose the cable thing to connect to something else...
