u get gloves!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah, I was very much surprised at this level. So, I was reading comments on a fake costume level that was on the Cool Page, there was the usual, "This is fake"; "why don't I get the costumes", etc. Then I saw a comment mentioning that this level, as mentioned in the title, gave you an actual costume piece; leather gloves, as obtained from the story mode in the Canyons.

Well, I played the level, and at the end the score board gave me a slur of random objects, but I got two aced level items, something random, and leather gloves.
My reasoning is that they somehow obtained the scoreboard from the story mode, as you get gloves from the Canyons if you ace the required level, or, it simply glitched by mistake.

Are you sure they were costume pieces? Because I'm sure we can give ace level prizes on scoreboards. I'd check your community items for any 'leather gloves'.2010-12-26 12:58:00

Tried it and it's real, nothing showed up in my community objects but the other prizes. I wouldn't truly know if it gives you the gloves though, as I already have them.		2010-12-26 21:10:00

They might just be cutouts or fake objects.Just check your community objects.Let this be a lesson to all of us,we can have fun,we can dream,but we can't get something for free.It is mostly fake dlc object cutouts.Don't play or heart it's fraud.2010-12-27 19:06:00

If it was a fake cutout it would have shown up in his community objects page as an object. Everything else showed up except the gloves. Somebody needs to get a fresh profile and play the level and see if they get the gloves.2010-12-27 19:11:00

I just imported an old profile that didn't have leather gloves, after playing that level I do have them. It's all true, and I think I know what this is. On the LBP2 beta forum a while ago someone said they saw someone with the 'god glitch' in LBP1. At the time no one really believed them, but after this I think it might be true.

Also, I just came across this. These pictures were taken in LBP1 (although uploaded in the LBP2 beta).

They can't be photoshopped because they're taken directly from LBP.me.

There's something strange about this. If you take a look at the info on this the level was published only once on Feb/23/2010 (either that or the LBP.me's info on this is REALLY off)

For a 10 month old level that actually gives a costume item. It seems odd that this hasn't been reproduced (or at least found anyway with all the fake DLC levels out there. I guess this level is what caused the fad to spread, like with bomb/sharks) at all since then. Perhaps this was just a glitch. Either way we should report about it.		2010-12-27 19:46:00
