I just completed the demo and was wondering if the stickers and other collected items transfer over to the full game. also in the bottom left corner it says that I've unlocked pins, where can i find the pins listed? or did they not put it in the demo.

No? well that would be cheating Pins menus are after "Me" menu that is blocked, so you can't see them

Pins are not blocked. After you click "me" there is a "My Pins" or "View My Pins" or something like that near the center bottom of your screen. You can browse your pins and chose which 3 pins you want to display on your profile.
