Do you mean the FIRST time you played it in the story? Before the Collector's Lair and the Collector Boss?

If so, wow. That... that is godly.

If you mean the first try being your first try to actually Ace it, and you already beat it to continue the story... that is fairly good, but not as good. Still both awesome, though.		2008-11-08 17:18:00

strange thing, I aced the collector by accident; I was showing off to my parents how good the deisgn of the machine is and I aced it. Best accident ever!2008-11-08 20:11:00

The Bunker drove me up the wall. I thought I'd never get through it, let alone ace it (which I haven't - and I don't think I ever will try: I don't think I ever want to put myself through that much stress again!) The spinning spotlights on the conveyor belt and that darned electrified wheel maze were so hard I actually stopped having fun there for a while! 2008-11-08 20:47:00

There is a gold Trophy for acing all levels (including the unlocked challenge levels). More importantly (to me anyway) there is a costume peice as a gift for each aced story level. Bunker has the glowing helmet as a reward for acing.		2008-11-09 16:33:00

it took me less trys to do it then i initially did to complete it, and the Serpent Shrine, Construction Site, Endurance Dojo, and Sensei's Lost Castle were harder to ace for me than the bunker lol, isn't that surprising

Whoo! So did I, I was ecstatic! Then I went on to ace the Lair right after (but not on the first try).
I found the Lair more difficult.. I don't know why, but I think the moving boxes made me dizzy.
(Yus the first playthrough for storymode yeh.)

WOW! It took me at least twenty tries to even beat the bunker never mind acing it. I beat it, felt extremely proud for a while and then my little brother came in and told me that he'd asced it. Ouch!:blush:2010-07-08 15:39:00

The collector's lair was easier than the Bunker to be honest...it's just about timing yourself and memorizing the pattern. It took me A WHILE to ace the Bunker the giant spinning wheel thingy kept killing me ._. The Bunker is a HORROR to ace, I'm always dieing at the conveyor belt thing. But the frozen tundra and boom town are harder to ace with all their bombs and stuff.2010-07-09 01:08:00

That level took me so many tries to ace, i swore plenty of times, but when i did it i was so relived. The liar was easier i thought, i got in sync with the timing and it turned out to be one of the first levels i aced i believe.2010-07-09 16:20:00

The bunker was pretty hard but i aced it like in the fifth time
i tought the collector was going to be hard but i aced it in the 3 try
the last level i aced i think it was the introduction hehe

Ontopic, it took me 4 tries. The first time I died on one of the spinning lights after the wheel, the second and third, I died before the wheel. I don't think I've ever died IN the wheel.		2010-08-04 03:23:00

In my opinion, the neon helmet isn't all that rewarding for acing the bunker. The only real award is the 100% complete trophy. If you don't want to get the trophy it ain't worth acing the bunker2010-08-04 03:56:00

you CAN ace the first story level, if you unlock the secret race in it a bird appears over the bridge where you are taught to suicide, grab on to the bird to skip the hole and ace the level and you can have your complete pirate set		2010-08-09 17:14:00

You can also switch off your controller in the pit, and turn in back on once your sackboy/girl disappears: Switching your controller off doesn't count as a life lost, and the checkpoint moves across the pit anyway once you fall in it. 2010-08-09 21:32:00

Yeah, it was.

My problem is that my sackboy tends to be attracted to electricity, for whatever reason. I can do the labyrinth easily enough, it's the bunker that drives me crazy.		2010-09-02 02:41:00
