The Monkeys PlatformerWCF7__
I had made a post about this level a while ago, but recently I've done some major updates making it a much better level...almost a new one so i thought it would be okay to make a new post if not Sorry!

Travel through this epic forest filled with mystery and adventure. Also meet a lil monkey on the way. Have fun!

Great level. I don't know the how the pre-update version was but this one is awseome. Quick note though, there is a global lighting object that is visible when it really shouldn't. I'd suggest setting it to hide.

PS: Would you mind reviewing my Early Apocalypse levels? https://lbpcentral.lbp-hub.com/index.php?t=41740-Early-Apocalyse-(1-and-2)

Pretty sweet platforming level. And as the guy above me mentioned, there's a visible lighting logic after the squirrel ride.

Has good level design and elements of a fun platformer with a small amount of challenge. Music is a bit lacking but I'm sure you can improve as you at least even show effort for original music which is rare to come across.

:star::star::star: for the level, + 1 more:star: for music effort.

Hey person that made this level anyways, I thought it was pretty good! I liked the things that you made... Lol by that, I mean I like the design of the stuff like the tress or that acorn thing. I also liked the gameplay! It was very fun but I thought that the ground looked weird... Next time, use grid and the corner edit tool to make things look better... Anyways, I thought it was pretty good 4 stars, heart and author heart.

Hey Thanks for the Comments, Also i heard something about being able to take pictures from LBP. me ( Screen Shots) is this true. The Reason i ask is because i have a new level coming and im going to post another F4F and it would be awesome for me to have pictures on the post to make it more appealing! 2010-12-25 05:43:00

While in-game, hit Square and go for the Stickers section, at the very top there is a tool for taking screenshots. Once you take a screenshot, go to the page where they are stored on the Stickers menu, hit Square and choose Upload, now go to lbp.me, navigate to your picture, click on it and when it pops up on a browser window by itself, the the URL from your browsers address bar, copy it and enter it by following whatever method the forum you want to post it on uses. Alternatively you can choose Export to HDD, exit LBP, go to the Photo section of the PS3's XMB, browse to you picture, hit Triangle and choose copy, then pick a device to copy too (i.e a usb thumb drive you have plugged into your PS3), once the pictures are copied, take them to your PC and upload hem on a hosting site like photobucket.com

My alternate method is probably dated after lbp.me, but it's the one i recently used and the only method before lbp.me, so i figured i'ld also throw it in.

Anyways, level Queued, will be back with feedback soon

Could have sworn i hit the post button, but my post i nowhere, so guess i'll write it again.

1)
At the begining, on the hill where (supposedly) the monkey is throwing those rolling log things at the player, i have two suggestions, a) don't make them lethal, i was expecting a harmless log that'ld simply be an annoyance, but i was killed on contact, if you MUST make them lethal, make it more obvious to the player and, b) make them appear as if the monkey was throwing them as oppossed to having the logs spawn in that little nook.

Overall a solid level, the attempt at music honestly.....ehhhh, didn't work, make it maybe some jungle beats (i.e Drums), but that piano? ehh...no, the level is better off without it IMHO. Otherwise, good job.

4 Stars/Not Hearted.

F4F Please - Check out my latest level, Green Fields (v1.1).

it is a very fun level, but kind of frustrating in a couple spots. it took me several tries to get past that spinning green leafy thing part (where it throws you up to the next platform). i also found the piano music kind of annoying overall, 4 stars because the majority of the level was fun and looked like you spent awhile designing it

F4F: whatever level sounds interesting to you is fine!
