OK im going to tell you a little incident that happened today at work these this guy at work who is about 20 -25 old and he is short for his age so he has ''little man syndrome'' (if you dont know what that is it were they have to act big and tough to make up for his size) anyway ive not spoken a word to this guy and he comes up to my till i was working on and says ''MOVE'' and im like ''what'' then he no says 'dont be rude' i said 'say move please' ect.. and today i was at my till and it was really cold and my supervisor came up to me and said go and get your body wormer but take it off when you start to serve customers . so then this guy from yesterday said 'take that off' and one thing led to another BUT... i got taken in a room with the general manager and he said we have had TWO complaints about you being rude. so he has got someone else to make a complaint agents me because ive not been rude or has any problem with anyone . i could loose my job over this just because of some little guy trying to get his own way . and my word agents his is nothing .

Sounds like you're being taken advantage of. Do you have any witnesses, or advocates in your defense. How about security cameras pointed in your direction? I'm not sure what kind of labor laws you have in London, but you could threaten with litigation if the problem gets to the point of nothing to loose. Even if it's a bluff on your part. Whatever you do, DO NOT IGNORE THE SITUATION. It will balloon out of control if you let it.

the thing is that im a chistmass temp but they are keeping the good ones on for full time so he has blown that op for me plus my mum works in the same place as me so ill get revenge in my mums name MUUHH HAHAHA! no but really , i really want this job to keep

Grrrr, I know what thats like, i feel for ya man. I too have a guy at work with 'LMS.' Get this. I've never been late for work, i've worked at the same place for 6 months and had 2 days off (ill) and let them know that I wasn't going to be in. Then they tell me the other day "If im off one more time, I shouldn't bother coming in again." One of my colleges who is friends with that guy just 'Broke'..... his finger and gets 4 (paid) weeks off. FML.
