hi, i just got the beta, but i can't find where the corner editor is... did they take it out? i don't see why they would but its not in my tools bag and i really miss it. any insight is greatly appreciated. thanks!!

Still there! Seems like it is the 2nd tool over instead of the first which might have thrown you off a bit. Page 1 of the toolbag if I recall correctly.

i thought so too, but its not there! i have the sticker tool, uv tool, material tool but not the corner editor tool.... weird...

thats a bug, your gonna have to delete your beta profile and start a new 1, if your truly missing it like you said. *mew

wow.. I don't recall that ever being missing. A silly thought, but is there some goofy tutorial you maybe need to complete first? I don't remember any to be honest, but ummm that is really flaky. You also might try some searches on corner editor to see if there was some profile conversion issues that caused that kind of strange stuff. For example some basic materials and objects didn't pick up was one such issue. I'd be tempted to know what else you are missing and if you might need to do a recent LBP1 profile backup and import in a new one. Not sure if it would help and you will lose any prizes gained or anything new like on a crater. i.e. Clean Slate so to speak.

hmmm i think it is a bug. i will try a brand new profile as i don't really care if i loose my stuff. also i should say this isn't the first time i have had issues with downloadable content such as in RDR zombie pack. also i don't think im missing anything else... can't be sure though...

Hmmm. I did all the tutorials when I first installed the beta and did not get the corner editor until I imported my LBP1 profile.

I had this originally as well. For some reason it didn't prompt me to import my LBP1 profile, and so I was missing a lot of tools. Once I imported my profile, I got my precious corner editor back.

how do you import your LBP1 profile? I havent been able to find a setting to do that. Im also mising the corner edit tool. like Howitzer i also got my key monday, Seems like the new batch of codes dont get some stuff.

Im also mising the corner edit tool. like Howitzer i also got my key monday, Seems like the new batch of codes dont get some stuff. first, play lbp 1 and go to settings, then go to profile settings and do backup profile. then load the lbp2 beta and from the start menu do profile settings and then import profile from lbp 1. your backup file from lbp 1 should be there. once you load it all the tools will be back (atleast it worked for me). also you will loose all your stuff you made so far (it will be replaced by all the stuff from your lbp1 profile you imported). ps. make sure the profile you import was made under the same PS3 user if you have more than one, otherwise it will say it cannot copy because the profile has been copied. good luck and may the cheese be with you...
