Create Custom Costumes?

Archive: 4 posts

I was looking at some of the new costume pieces in LBP2 and I noticed you can push square to get info. In the info it says "Created by: MM_Studios" now every item said this.

Even stuff like metal gear solid, so its not saying what game its from... but it looks like you might be able to make your own costume pieces? Does anyone know why it says "created by:" in the info for costume pieces?

It says stuff like that in the first one as well.

In the PSP version all the stuff that was also in the original PS3 game says created by MM and all the new ones made for the psp says made by Cambridge the people who made the PSP version.

If I remember correctly that is...

This ^. You can not make your own costumes. The closest thing you can do is save and share your costumes as sackbots with people who have the same DLC you used to create the costume. As for naming, the closest thing there is the ability to name and categorize your finished costumes. This also works with any objects or stickers you've created or collected. You can also change the info on all Mm created content, but that may not carry over to the final game. I made a video about a month ago illustrating how this is all done if you're interested to know more about it. VIDEO (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1Nf-Ldg-ADs)2010-12-15 16:45:00

I doubt it, I just think that it's a default 'thing' for everything in the pop-it.

If they were going to release something as big as that, they'd include it in the beta for us to bug test
