I've just started to replay the game Beyond Good and Evil which, in my opinion is the best PS2game eva!!! Anyone agree???

Not the best PS2 game ever but it was fantastic. Great characters, gameplay and world. I loved finding all the creatures to take pictures. Can't wait for the sequel... if it's ever released. Oh and best PS2 game IMO was MGS3 - Subsistence . EDIT: Oh and I knew the Enslaved combat system seemed familiar! I've only played the demo but it is very like the combat system in BG&E!

Enslaved looks awesome, i reckon the character of Pay-J Is repulsive yet loveable at the same time and i know what you mean about capturing pictures of all the animals.....its addictive

Near the end of the game (I think) I encountered a glitch that turned the npc you needed to open a gate into a disembodied voice and it made it impossible to finish. My oldest save was after the glitch, wasn't about to start over. BG&E, most irritating PS2 game...please don't make a sequel!

I loved that game. I wouldn't say "best evah!", but it was certainly in my top 30 games of PS2. It was sadly ignored and flopped at retail due to awful marketing though. The box art, the name, the poor media promotion...from the outside it had nothing that sold it as a "top title". It wasn't until I decided to take a chance with my last few pennies the second hand bargain section that I realised what a fantastic game it was. If you like niche puzzle/platform/adventure games with a unique charm and character, such as Beyond Good and Evil, Ico, Okami, etc, then I would recommend checking out Majin and the Forsaken Kingdom on PS3. Like those other games I just mentioned, it's one of those hidden gems that will be hiding at the bottom of the bargain bin for a few dollars, but once you get it home you will love it forever and never let it leave your collection.
