Ratchet & Clank. Need i say more?

I dunno what to add? I am currently working on Rathcet & Clank! You want to sniff and look away? Because all pepople to attempt this did a... not as good job as could be done.... If only i could show you my levels, but i can't... Anyway here are my ideas: Ratchet: thanks to the great LBP2 Logic Control seats and Sackbots you play this adventure as Ratchet! Witth all the features of the original including Omniwrench 8000, Quick Select, ALL Weapons, Working Nanotech and well... Everything exept double jumping really! Infobots: Originally just keys. BUT Now infobots are... Infobots! You collect them in cinematics and it will show the movie within to you! And thanks to level links your ship should take you to the next level. Characters: All people will be Sackbots, but done up so well you will have to turn off your TV to get out of the seemingly infinate "AWWWW..." i couldnt walk away from the TV the night i made my Novalis Cairman! Planets: Duh each planet will be a level! Each level will have the same paths the Planet had! Novalis has The Waterworks the Caves & The Crater! You get it! Not all this will work together with the Thermometer easily so there will be the occasianal Level Link. Gold Bolts: Prize Bubbles filled with the amasing things you will run into! NOT They will be like bolts but slightly larger and upon touching them you will be given a sticker. Hold onto it because you may want to use it later. Swingshot: Grapple Hook... Wont work so i will make up my own Sackbot Grapplehook! crates: You grab them to destroy them, and get bolts... Was the original idea but now you hit them with your wrech or use a weapon. Bolts: NOT BUBBLES! I made real bolts you walk up to and they go ding, shrink and you get 10 points per bubble so enjoy. Gadgetron Vendors: On the left side of the 100% acurate looking vendor is a switch that changes the holograghic picture displayed in the beam of light (under the big hovering 'G&apos this Vendor is great! On the right side is a button, press the button to see the selected weapon come out! Was the original idea. But it won't work well with the Quick select so i have taken them out. Weapons: These will be quite large, but perfectly accurate remakes or the originals! My best work so far would be my Pyrocitor! It is a flamethrower! Use these weapons the take out all enemys... That was my original idea for weapons! Now you dont carry around massive oversized guns! There power is emmited out the direction you are pointing and sadly no gun in made... Just the effect. Good enough. Enemys: There are two types! One hitters & just enemys. Kill one hitters by hitting the brain. Kill enmys with weapons (the bomb glove makes alot of apperences for enemys. One hitters that take two hitts (like the little snow beasts on Hoven) will have two hard to get brains! Now dont sigh and walk off! These enemys are not all that easy! The one hitters are fast and can... EAT YOU UP! So kill them fast!.. Then i changed my mind and they all work the same now! The Small ones are easier to kill but the big ones don't have a weak point on them! So you can touch the back of the little ones but the bigger ones won't supose it makes up for size i guess Clank: The area around you will be scaled up! And look amasing! Oh and you will be a Clank Sackbot. Gadgebots: Will be sackbots! I will get them to work like Gadgebots! Pinky promise Boss fights: I will give you the paintinator! But only for this! & no they wont be just a big shape with one easy meter! They will work like MGS fights!.. WAS MY ORIGINAL IDEA!? How embracing? Don't worry you wont have to touch another paintinator! They will be exactly like the Ratchet and Clank Boss Fights Ammo: No Gadgets: when you get a gadget it will simply be a sticker! Use it on certain doors or locks or... RAILS! (you know, Grind Rails) To think that was my original idea! How about when you collect a gadget it gets placed into your quick select? That's a good idea! Destroyable objects: You know when you smack a stalic mite or lamp post and it smashes! Well if you see a lamp post or sumthing that looks breakable, give it a grab & it will go away im a 'POOF!' or 'CRACK!' or for those of you who wanna! A 'BANG!' and in its place a few shiny bolts! EDIT: Or shoot or hit them? Helmets: in Ratchet & clank you wear the O2 mask for brething under water... wonder how im gonna do that? (using sarcasm). And the sonic sumoner will be a big challenge but i will figure a way! (i wont leave anything out). I dont think The Pilots Helmet should matter? EDIT: **** the O2 mask! And water! Booth will be a pain! So it will eject you from the sackbot when you come to water and when you get out you will enter it again. But that isn't confirmed. Still the piolts helmet won't exist! Boots: The MagneBoots will be hard! Very very hard! But i belive i can make a fancy track mechanism for 'em! Then the famous Grindboots! I will use a special stratogy to make a slipery metal to slide on! Or use a simmalar way to the MagneBoots! Tricky stuff: You thought i'd left anything out? Hologuise? No i got that! It will be a great mission! But that fine piese of work will be simple!.. Okay not exactly simple, but with my skill with sensors i will make you bressepast the guards unnoticed when you have the disguise on! It will be easy to equip from special Gadgetron Vendors! The PDA will be left out. But who wants to support Qwark! I'll just give you a nice looking PDA cutout from when you meet Qwark instead. The Trespasser! Oh The Trespasser! When standing on the pad i'll make a teleporter type thing, you press R1 to get into a fun minigame! Identical! Now the Metal Detector! This will be alot of fun! I'll put a Metal Detector with great sucking abilities! And this one will be easier to use! EDIT: Hologuise will be cool but there will be limitrd weapon use in the area that you are exploring. And the trespasser will work exactly the same... Plus it will be Circle not R1 And the metal detector will work fine aswell. Giant Clank: I've seen some LBP2 giant thing that can be controled by a sack person. Looks great, maybe i could do something like that with a massive sackbot! Deressed up like Giant Clank! "Maybe?" i cant belive i said maybe? I mean i will! EDIT: I will? Hmmm sorry does not compute! Nah! I got a way to get a humungase Sackbot just like Giant Clank! Thats all i could think of on the spot! Any questions..? If you think i left anything out or have great ideas. I would love to hear! Plus help out and be apart of this! *Head Splort* Well, this certainly is a great idea, and I think that the mechanics in lbp2 would suite this quite well. I'm quite interested how you would make the weapons. They have to be very portable, sackboy-sized, and practical. Not like those gynormous guns in lbp1. Something you could run with and climb with. A follower would be perfect for that, also with an anti-gravity tweaker. yea the weapons are large at the moment... But i can shrink them, the only problem is the detail i make will make them deformed, so i have quite a limit to when i should stop shrinfking. I will desighn the levels to the best i can to suit the weapons (anyone know if i could maybe shrink my guns smaller in lbp2?) it will be good gameplay. Not sure if this is what you asked for, but if you want to shrink down objects, try to rotate it a few degrees or so, then shrink it again; repeat. Also, you could emit the said object, and before you choose to emit it, shrink it down. For the details, use Ayneh's AK 47, for example. Make the basic shape of the gun, and if you have a playstation eye, stake a snapshot of the picture and sticker it onto the gun. as for shrinking. Thanks but i cant do the picture thingy since my Eye Toy is wreked and the pics turn out to dark, but i will find better materials (stone type) and turn off gravity for the object! well i can safely say the planning stage is OVER! I now have one cinematic and half a level that i have been working on for MONTHS! Really! I have made alot that i was aiming for! It has an official name now http://www.lbpcentral.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=32477 and you play as Ratchet. You control a sackbot! And that sackbot has Hyper Strike, Comet Strike, And normal swing of the wrench! It's okay but not perfect... Well not yet at least? I also made working Nanotech and Quick select. But the Quck select is controled using your directional buttons. He doesn't do a double jump but will do a high jump and long jump when you get the helipack. The Bomb Glove is cool but unfortunately Ratchet doesn't hold the Glove in his hand. But he throws it where he is pointing and that is the main thing! So far it is looking good fun! Sadly i can't explain too much but for all the info and pictures (well best ones) check out this thread i made http://en.ratchet-galaxy.com/thread-2189.php it explains everything on the last post. well unfortunately no double jump. But that shouldn't entirely ruin things? You will still be able to throw your wrench around and kill people with one of the weapons of your choise. I plan on giving you just the Bomb Glove fro the first level and on Novalis you will be automaticly given a Pyrocitor. Though when you get to a point where your quick select has gotten full i will put in the gadgets for the level and chose your weapons for you. That way i don't have to make a pause menu. Unfortunately your Ammo is unlimeted on all weapons. But that is because if i imeted yur ammo then the level would surely overheat and you would get a few meters into a level and find yourself in a level link. And to further expand on all things bad, I don't have anyone testing these levels so when it comes to publishing there may be glitches and problems and stuff. So if you find yourself playing this in like a months time (if lucky) let me know of problems you find because i am rarely online. Now that is about everything wrong with it... So clarely not much. But really this level is gonna need an award for longest time spent on making! Must be like three maybe four months? And still just at the Nanotech crate encounter. Oh and by the may Nanotech isn't too impressive. But the way it works is nice. Oh and one last thing if anyone reading this is up for a Sequencer challenge i am looking for someone who can recreate music frome the first Ratchet and Clank? well i'm sure i could make one and thanks for the offer. But i can't put double jump in because it would get annoying if the person was double jumping higher than the boots jump! The boost jump was not much higher than a normal jump and if i get a double jump to go high enough for a double jump to work as an in between then i would need to scale the level up a bit to make it work for the jumps and then it just wouldn't feel quite right? But ATM the feel is being slightly damaged by the size of my enemies. They are as big as Ratchet! And that is kinda annoying me. But i think that will be okay. Plus for my Veldin toads they cannot be kille by hitting thier bubble on the back or middle layer? Only the front? I am considering a complete redesighn... Infact i'm gonna go do that now. Yes there will be Clank parts. Not many though... I plan on making the first one at the Blarg Station... Then another Clank part later on on Orxon! Oh and there will be giant Clank! But i am still on Veldin... I have been lazy lately... But i will stop at nothing to get this level really good! I have been stuck here a long time making Nanotech and Hyper Strikes and Commet Strikes and all that kinda stuff! So when i have all that stuff outta the way i will be able to make levels easier without having to stop all the time to further develop my Ratchet Sackbot. Oh and i might just add the double jump? Thanks, I think in time I will think about completely re-doing the cinematic. Might just call it Ratchet & Clank and spend countless hours creating the real logo for it. When I'm done with veldin I'll look into a new starting cinematic, oh and does anyone know how to make a genuine cinematic? Really stuck for this one :/ In the improved cinematic the camera angles should be the same to those of the normal cinematic. Oh and Double Jump is in! @ZXeroAdvent12 thanks, while things were coming along quite well, I was held up this week due to a few homework tasks, but I will be able to at least re;ease Veldin on Saturday two weeks from now... Yea that's a while, but it will be worth it, and so you aren't let down, I HAVE got issues that cannot be fixed, sitckers are overly placed and it is a bit slow, so I am afraid some stickers might be a little... Well they might not look like they have even been placed? But beileve me they are there. I might be able to re-realease the first level... MIGHT. But over the two week holiday I have coming up I will work furiously to make this level everything you expect plus more! @lark98-2 I really appreciate the offer man, and while it does get lonely, i'm afraid you can't. Only one person can fit in these levels due to the level being all slow and cruddy, and I'm offline for long periods of time (two weeks offline two days online) and then there is the fact that while I really would appreciate some help, I'm afraid logic is one of the few things I can manage fine on my own http://www.lbpcentral.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=34136 (one of the many many many curcuit boards, this one controls most of the Nanotech health system) But I do request some help, I am still looking for someone who can create (al least for now) the Kyzil Pletau, Planet Veldin music? I'm useless with the sequencer... And I am unfortuanely a very though critic (coming from a person who can't make music for crap, and still has no offers) and I am looking to find music that is very acurate and of good quality. Welp I just figured out how to make a real movie, and so R&C:LBP is updated, I also changed a couple of minor things around, like Ratchet's ship for example... I have also figured out how to change the behaviour of sackbots! (yea great acomplishment) BUT however I am still stuck!
