I need to access my old hotmail account for some potentially important info, but the problem is, I can't access it! I remember my login name and I thought I knew my password too, but when I enter them it comes up with the message: "The email address or password is incorrect. Please try again." I have tried to reset my password, but when I get to the stage of imputing my login, it come up with the message: "The Windows Live ID is incorrect. Please try again." Im 99% sure that it is the correct login and have even tried other possible variations of what it potentially could be, but to no avail! Then im back at step one. So please, if you can, help me out. I know it's kind of a shot in the dark but everyone here has been very helpful in the past! Thanks! <3

I don't have a hotmail, so I can't truly help, but have you tried another a different password you may have used or email name? EDIT: or contact Sony or Mm, they may be able to help. Im now going through an "Account Password Recovery" ordeal, which can take up to 72 hours it says. :/

Aus dem Archiv wurden alle persönlichen Daten wie Name, Anschrift, Email etc. - aber auch sämtliche Inhalte wie z.B. persönliche Nachrichten - entfernt.
