It's old news, but I didn't know about it... a quick search in google for "Littlebigplanet open beta" gives you a few dissapointing results! It looks like the beta is staying closed, and only opening up to a few more people, probably already on the sony beta trials.. Bad news for most of us.. thte good news is, I could be wrong and/or there could be a demo coming out, maybe late september or early october

I read somewhere that a Demo wasn't coming out aswell ;/ I'm kinda slightly glad there's no Open Beta for us, cause I think I'd be on that constantly, and then I wouldn't be so bothered about buying the actual game.. It kinda gives me that feeling...Hard to explain Shame though.

Mm, true. Apparently the UK release is 3rd October, am I right in saying that? Well, I checked amazon.co.uk and they don't list a release date. Amazon.com lists a US release of the 21st, although that may be a placeholder.

Yeah, there's apparently Japanese release on the 31st, UK on the 3rd, and US on the 30th? I don't see that happening somehow though :S

In my opinion, I would just rather have the full game than a limited demo. I mean, its only 2 months away. And if people have waited a decade for Duke Nukem Forever (lol) I'm sure we can wait 2 little months

check the answers to the posts on the playstation blog. It sounds like a public demo, actually.
