Hey all. I'm really mad. I can't get in any betas. Ireally really want to be in them. I want to get crown just like you but what seperates a good creator from a bad? I've played lbp for a really long time and why dont we (other undiscovered creators) get recognised? I'm sure we all have great levels and ideas but why is it that the lbp society over looks us? What makes someone notice? I want to be famous!!!! Not just some un seen great creator. I havent published much the levels are old and out dated compared to my new stuff that i dont plan to publish until the release of lbp2. I NEED ANSWERS!!!!!!!! Well im not young, im a little older than some creators. IVE BEEN PLAYING FOR A VERY LONG TIME. I noticed lbpc a few months ago. I tend to bit off a little more than I can chew. Its not about being "famous" no one is famous on LBP. There are some well known names yes but we are all equal and unique in our own way. Im sure your a great creator and will get better and better the harder you try. People will love levels and hate them. I won the crown and trust me it doesn't change anything. Maybe some people are amazed by it but it is just a costume piece like the rest but not everyone has it. You don't need the beta or the crown to be better. You are good in your own little way and if you want to get noticed, keep creating and learn from your mistakes. You can post some information about your creations in the "Level showcase" section of this forum. Here people will leave you feedback which will help you when creating your next level. Good luck! Sorry to blabber on but i hate seeing people sad CHIN UP!

I remember when I started on this site I felt a bit like you. My levels werent getting plays and I felt a bit lost in the Big world of Little big planet (:blush But yeah I started posting on threads such as the help forum and level showcase F4F's to get some plays in return and people did start to notice my community input and started to add me on lbpc. Now all I think there is to say is be a happy social little gadder. Help people if they need it and I am sure they will be happy to return the favour. Also enter some group projects, on which you can tag your name. This works really well and in fact I am doing one at the moment So just be happy to be here! This is meant to be a "Happy gadding experience"! so just have fun

You need to understand that video-games were made to entertain the public, not to make people famous. Anyway, welcome to the LBPC . Put your levels in Level Showcase (http://www.lbpcentral.com/forums/misc.php?do=form&fid=2) is a good idea, after join some groups, make some friends, add some pics to your album and make a signature or ask someone to make for you . Welcome again!

Welcome! Glad ya made it! RAAAAAAAAWRRR! Maybe you can be famous for being angry?! lol No no.. just kidding. Truly have no idea what to say. I know many folks with crowns that have done a ton of community work for a long long time before they every got recognized or rewarded. Then you see others that send Mm a cake and poof.. they have a crown. lol. I guess it depends possibly the age of those folks? Those that are older I think have to wait a bit longer and rise a bit loftier than a simple cake? As far as being famous? Good luck on that.. Your best bet on being well known is making levels that make folks go "wow". Publish some levels in the Level Showcase and use that as a barometer and try to improve as a creator. If you get really good, you end up making tons of folks smile around here and you can become well known. Famous? Not sure.. Just depends on what you consider famous I guess. I think the most important thing is to have fun. So have fun!

do you really think that all the good creators got beta?hehe look at me i play everyday at lbp,well i know that im not a good creator but im really good making art,fonts and that kind of things and i havent the beta,but im still happy so dont be angry im sure that are a lot of best creators than me and they havent the beta or crown and may deserve it but they still making good lvls so dont stop publishing and maybe one day you be rewarded,or do you think the creators who got the crown didnt work hard before get it. sorry for the spelling mistakes(im spanish)

Not everyone is going to get a crown their first try, you got to keep trying, & i agree with everyones replies. I know great creator with about 100 hearts. Just make levels and get them out there. Give your keys to your friends, so they can put them in their levels. You mind as well, publish you new stuff, because when you get LBP2 your new level witll be out dated once again. You can always improve you older levels, or remake them, making it even better. Keep your head up.
