Being an avid video watcher on youtube, I came across videos of a non-partnered channel I'm subscribed to who could upload over 15 minutes. The video was up to 39:00 minutes without them being partnered. Being skeptical, I checked around and surprisingly this is true. It turns out Youtube is slowly giving non-partnered youtubers the option to upload longer videos like partners just as long as you don't have any strikes on your profile. Here's a little proof: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eGX9ZEspSiA This is also the channel I'm subscribed to that has about two or three vids showing this new option. http://www.youtube.com/user/WiiRikeToPray If this news has already been given, feel free to lock the thread. Think this happened about 5 months ago and it was for everyone. Not 100% sure as I don't really use youtube.

If seen that option in something like 'advanced upload' it also allows me to upload a video size of 2GB's
