I'm building my first big level that I will publish. Let's try to get a Platinum ! Shouldn't be too hard to make a good level, I made a random level with a friend one year ago in which you grab a flying spinning sponge that shoots bubles and paint balls with tongue stickers and lots of lights. Basicly, it was a total piece of junk when we had nothing to do. It is now rated 5 stars. My title can change, but it is the story of NumberLand, a world where everything is logical and nothing is curved. It is atttacked by the evil letters. The player basicly finds himself inside a computer-looking world. The ennemies are white cubes with letters A, E, I, O, U and I. I will use a lot of white in my level, with a simple one-color background that changes color slowly over time. The player will enter a temple with platforms and puzzles (easy ones). He will then find the Backspace, which will allow him to erase the letters. (Yeah, in fact, there is a paintinator inside the backspace, and there will be a cool boss that you kill by combining accuracy and logic) So, I would like to get your comments and ideas. Also, I might need help for the boss logic, I'll tell more later. I also need to know where to start my level. In the middle of it ? At the left and the end is at the right ? I never know where to start ! Other title ideas would be cool, but remember that the final boss will be the letter X. So I guess it is great. -------------------------------------------------------- I just modified the ennemies, so I have an ennemy that follows you, one that goes back and forth, one that goes back and forth but also jumps, one that shoots lasers (it has a paint meter), one that only jumps at the same place, one that is invincible and that will be controlled with pistons. | 2010-12-03 01:17:00 Author: Unknown User |
