Help! i can't sign in.

Archive: 4 posts

Im trying to sign in on my SketchNZ Account(On playstation store or LBP PSP) and all that comes up is this:

"You must ask the holder of the
associated master account to help you
sign in.

<Note to parent or guardian>
For the sub account holder to sign in, you
must accept the Terms of Service/User
Agreement and Privacy Policy again using
your master account.
(8055044F)"

The master account is my older account which i made over 18 but didn't do the same on my SketchNZ account,
I have already accepted the terms of service on the master account and it doesn't do anything, When i come back to my sketchnz account the message comes up again.
Is there a way to accept the terms of service again so it registers what i have done?

I only have a PSP but the psn is pretty much the same.

*looks at title*

Good for you.

Joking aside, you ought to make another +18 account, change the master account control to that, then try logging into your account once more. That's what I can think up.

yeah, I only clicked on the thread because I thought you might be bragging to the people who can't sign in, and I was going to call you heartless, probably best you change that, anyways, how many accounts do you have on your system? have you tried using all of them?

(lol, sorry, bad suggestion)
