So I did a quick search on google... but nothing really poped up so I'm gonna post it here. I was playing a level right now...when I realized.... there was no music!!!! I know the level has music because I played it a few weeks back, but when I played it now.. the music is gone. Not only that level, but all community levels! None of them play music for me >.< Also, when I press square in my Pod, there isn't any music played either... it was just... silent..... I also get a random message when ever i start LBP that says "....." could this be the problem?

Under settings, audio settings check if music in play mode and music in pod is on.

Have you turned off the music? Take a look at the settings, maybe under 'Audio' or sth like that. And about that message... A few days ago, I always had a bubble with a - inside. IDK what that was, but I think it's not harmful. Good luck with your audio problem

Nope, they're both turned on and still no music. I imported a previous saved game because I had to format my HDD on my PS3.... could the saved game be the problem??

Weird... Does this only affect LBP, or does it affect other games as well? Do sound effects still work, or is LBP totally silent?

Un-mute the TV! Nah jk Well this is perculiar. I was playing with morgy in the beta on one of her levels and we had the same problem. the reason wad that her level had so much in it the music couldnt load :eek: this might be the problem if you played some really thermo heavy levels!

It could be the fact that the level has a big thermometer load and your internet couldn't load it.This could explain why one time there was then another time there wasn't.Because the internet changes.Try restarting your internet to get better reception and try it again.

I'm asuming you have gone off of lbp by now (hopfully your not that addicted!) but I get something like this once in a while (but with somehing like the jump sound or pipit opening not miusic) and it gets anyoying but if I restart lbp it fixes itself. that might be related somehow.
