But seriously, I would just do some research online or at a library. It'll probably be better for you and easier to do that than ask random people on a forum.

????????????????????????????

Oh those?
Those are interrogation signs. (?)

You use them at the end of a quasetion, to mark tha its a question.
Online, used alone (???) usually signifies the person does not understand what someone else said, or that he/ she is extremely confused.

Hope that helps!

Weird, we call them question marks in England.

Anyhoo, I've reverted the OP back to what it was, so that this thread has some point. If not needed any more, let me know and I'll lock it down

Not just in England, basically everywhere, but someone has a different opinion.
Any way, when's the homework due?

How about using the meteor that changed the course of history by wiping out the dinosaurs and how there is one heading for earth right this minute.2010-11-22 23:29:00

Grahh...

There is no meteor on a collision course to Earth. When there is, I will gladly tell you.

It's a popular theory today that It was a volcano of epic proportions that wiped out the dinosauars, via ash in the atmosphere

Maybe this could be a scientific debate thread on how dinosaurs became extinct?

It wouldn't be the first time that a good thread has unexpectedly resulted from a strange OP.

They're the same, "QUestion Marks" is just the easier more common term, "Interrogation Sign" is the less common more 'proper' way to say it, but it doesn't really matter, you can call them whatever you want, Interrogation mark, Question sign, same thing.

Oh and iBubek, its not an opinion, its a fact.

It's a popular theory today that It was a volcano of epic proportions that wiped out the dinosauars, via ash in the atmosphereHowever, there has been proof of an asteroid collision of colossal proportions (Though no where near as massive as the impact between the small, Mars-sized planetoid and the relativly young Earth, of which the outcome ultimatly formed the Moon!) on the Yucatan Peninsula in Mexico dated around the time of the extinction of most prehistoric life. It is also firmly believed, with support, that much of the planet's flora was wiped out shortly before the decimation of the other fauna (animals), such as the mammals or reptiles.2010-11-23 01:36:00
